this phone's battery is good if you do not connect to internet. if you are connected to internet and enable the "Auto Sync" feature, then you will get one day battery backup.
To increase the battery life,
1. User task kill application to kill background apps.
2. Keep the brightness to lowest.
3. User "Auto Sync" feature when ever needed.
4. To disable "Auto Sync", Settings >> Accounts & sync >> Auto-sync (Uncheck)
5. Log off from gtalk when not used.
6. Turn of phone's Wifi, Bluetooth and GPS when not used.

I am using this phone from past 15 days. I am very happy with the mobile.

Hi All,
I have bought this P500 handset for more than 15 days. and found to be good as showpiece as it has lots of software problem.
This handset doesn’t support mail exchange. also most of the applications doesn't work as there is technical glitch of Gmail .
This is really a piece of junk.
LG guys are now asking for loading extra software patch.
Can you believe this from LG.
