Thats the sa story i guess. Please BAN google for releasing so many version for just a short span of time.

Each and every mobile phone looks like outdated in just 8 - 10 months. However, it is good for customers like me. My budget is very tight and I'm sure newer technology will make phones like LG optimus one outdated in just six months and its price will come down by at least 20 - 25%. I will then go ahead and buy this phone.

PLease wait for 5 - 6 months. There's gonna be huge change in the mobile phone market. I"m working for Samsung and in the month of JUne there was a deal finalized with Samsung and Google for Android 3 version. This version requires strict specifications which has been forwarded to us by Google. This version will be completely different from the past android version. I don't have the specific details as I work in the customer service section. What I've heard from my friends that it has borrowed lots of features of Web OS but will be trendsetter for future OS. I've heard that they have invested a lot in this OS. Samsung have already started manufacturing handsets based on the OS requirements. They should be released in the second quarter of the next yr. Samsung is about to release series of mid-range of handsets with an improved version of capactive touchscreen.

This link was great. had in and out review of Optimus One. Now i thnk, i dont want to wait for GSM ARENA guys to review this one.,.:)

I bought this phone last week and I think it's ok. The downside is I think it looks ugly and other phones in its price segment (wildfire, x10 mini pro, x8) looks much better. It also doesn't have flash so having Froyo (android 2.2) is a bit useless.
I like the phone but if I had my money back, I think it would have been better if I had bought a brand new ipod touch 4g instead of this.
