Quite wide screen not easy to handle
Overall a phone with decent performance doesnt lag even while playing heavy games. Not recommended to people with short hands

Hi All, I am planing to buy Vu 2.i used lg g e970,Lg G pro and wanted to buy vu 3 but not available in indian market. is this good performance at 1.5 Ghz Dual core processor ? what about network ? m not satisfied with my last G Pro. please share overall experience like battery backup, wifi network, heating problem and call quality.

AnonD-339789, 12 Dec 2014Thank you guys Anon & manoj....and manoj brother nice w... moreScreen protector for LG VU 2 that I purchased was not a branded one.People have a large sheet of the material and they cut the size required for the phone and then simply apply on the screen. But I removed that also...now I have phone clad on all the sides with mobile lamination applied all over...this lamination costs INR 40, which I think will re-apply next year so that good appearance is achieved. Regarding removal of korean software,I live in Bhavnagar(Gujarat)and the developer here might not suit you. I use Blackberry passport case for LG VU 2 and it fits properly.

How did you source the screen protectors for this ? i searched all over but couldnt find it nowhere...other than aliexpress dhgate and dx ...which may take atleast 2 months to get delivered.
Did u successfully got the the korean kitkat rooted and bloatware removed? can u suggest a devv where we can get rooted too

It supports upto 32 GB, I am using Class-10 UHS-1 memory card(Samsung Pro) having 80 MB per second write capacity and 90 MB per second read capacity.It costs INR 2394 from snapdeal website.

I would like to share some things with the prospective buyers of LG VU2. Honestly this is one unique thing, the lavish 3:4 screen ratio gives it the look of 5 inch tablet.The better part is that this phone has 650 nits of brightness, which simply means that when you come out in brightness, you can increase the brightness,and the screen feels that you have something brighter than the sun in your hands. 2GB of RAM is really very helpful. This mobile supports 32GB of Class 10 microSD card.I purchased samsung Pro micro sd card so that write speed is 80 MB per second. This does not cause any overloading of the device, and the device feels that there is no memory card.Even the audio system is DOLBY, and ring tone rings in such a sweet melody that people ask that if this ring tone is external, please give through bluetooth. Extremely wide screen means you enjoy the pics and internet to the fullest. and price is just acceptable. A 4G mobile with all such facilities at just INR 11000 approx.It is just a pinch above the Xiaomi Redmi Note, which also has 2 GB of RAM, but this phone has top notch quality in every aspect. It shall be enough for someone to know that only L G does supply apple the majestic screen for their Iphone 5s,and all the expertise of LG has been focussed on a single model called LG VU 2. Even I did not find the model LG G3, or LG G Pro 2 to be on par with the LG VU 2in some aspects.People who have been bored of seeing and using the boring design of samsung and the likes will find this new shape truely welcome. Galaxy note series mobiles are very long and they extend out of the pockets, and they attract the mobile snatchers.I would suggest that if you happen to decide to purchase this, atleast look for such a listing which gives one extra battery, one stylus, and the flip-cover, as these items can be very difficult to find later.And it is great to learn that this mobile shares the same dimensions like that of Blackberry Passport, which costs about 5 times more.

All you can do by yourself is just select the app from app manager,then disable it, clear all of its data and then hide it and be happy. If this does not suffice then go and find some developer who can remove them forever. for this he will likely charge INR 300 to 500.But it will be far better, as not only will it increase its optical look, but removal of all the bloatware will result in increasing of speed, and freeing of RAM.

Hello friends, I am happy to tell that I just purchased samsung pro memory card microsd 32 GB with exceptional 80 MB per second write capacity and with Class-10 rating. this memory card was well accepted by the LG VU 2. My mobile does not feel heavy..this costs INR 2394 from the snapdeal website.

cuz i just talked to a Kolkata based importer and he told me that the box is devoid of external battery and charger....can u pls confirm...
