LG Phoenix 2 on AT&T is getting Nougat update

AT&T has recently started pushing out a new update to LG Phoenix 2 units on its network. Arriving as build number NRD90U and weighing in at around 1.4GB, the update brings Android Nougat (version 7.0).

Aside from the new OS version, the update also includes Android security fixes for the month of April. Some other changes are included as well - Firefox Browser app has been introduced and AT&T Address Book has been removed.

those s***rs at lg should have given to us the nougat update at least to compensate the bad experience with these devices

I have the Phoenix 2 as a backup phone. Surprised it got the Nougat update. Great phone for the price.
