LG Phoenix 2 on AT&T is getting Nougat update

I have the Phoenix 2 as a backup phone. Surprised it got the Nougat update. Great phone for the price.

every lg phone released in either 2015 or 2016 is getting the nougat update except for g4 and v10... when is lg gonna release the major update now that its been half a year since the release !!??
