Anonymous, 22 Sep 2017as you see, its snapdragon 435, it might have heating issue... moreYa. Especially octa cores have a lot working inside.. So heating up is normal for any high end phone.
Can be avoided by:
Switch off while charging,
Using in cool environment,
Dont use too much.. (risk for both Health & wealth)
Add a plastic back case, not soft silicon. (Silicon sticks on without ventilating).

Otherwise its almost a flagship kinda phone (not a flagship killer though)..
2) Thers no inbuilt call recorder. U can try drupe app which has many features along with merging with existing dialpad

Q6+ also launched in India.

LGQ6... moreas you see, its snapdragon 435, it might have heating issues depending on the hardware it has. so you stated, "do recording for long time" how long?
wifi hotspot normally heats the phone up.
especially at this sd435 its entry level smartphone.
so don't expect high end performances when you only have sd435.
what you bought is what you get.

LGQ6 is pathetic phone. Do not buy.
Issue:- Excessive heating problem with newly purchased smartphone LG Q6. it heats a lot while turn on screen for long time, do recording for long time, use phone as wifi hotspot.

i have escalated to LG CEO and other higher mgmt contacts, but no reply. You can understand how pathetic services are being provided by LG.

Approx two weeks ago, I did escalation on LG website about not satisfied with previous service centre services Job No RNP170902077648, and LG reverted via email stating to call or meet centre manager Anuj Aditya gupta. I visited LG service centre (2nd time, jon no. RNP170912001548), patparguj Delhi and meet with manager, but this visit proves vain. Manager was NOT at all customer friendly. Moreover, he did not accept problem described and proven in front of LG tech and manager by customer.
LG technician (Jagbir singh) and Manager (Anuj Aditya gupta) replied that there is no issue with phone and they cannot do anything further. I proved how badly phone was heating. Manager (Anuj Aditya gupta) was relating heating problem to andriod phone functionality, as per him all andriod phones heats like that, WHICH IS NOT AT ALL TRUE. LG Technician (Jagbir singh) was relating heating problem to brightness of phone. This shows how much poorly technical person and non-customer friendly manager have been hired by LG. How could they resolve customer problem ? They never had attitude to understand/resolve customer’s problem.

Face detection cannot work properly in the night, why LG don't use fingerprint which more easy to use. When display on for few minutes, little bit hot on left side. Over all, design, display, stand by and camera good.

daily normal usage, it feels bit hot at back.
