xxx, 27 Aug 2015Reset your phone..problem will be solved..I had a similar problem but i just disabled all the unused apps that run in the background. Half never need to be operating. Unsure if it would fix yours

balu, 13 Aug 2015you could have used a screen guard instead of blaming the screenYes, I could have, bit it doesn't change the thing that protection is absent. If I would do same now on my new Lumia 735 that also has GG3, nothing would happen. So, it's fault of phone.

I took it back to the store, they kept it for a few days (said they checked it) but I still have this problem and the phone is brand. Thanks.

I'm having trouble with the camera..it's 5 MP but the photos are smudgy..quality horrible..idk why ..because i had nokia lumia with 5MP camera and photos were amazing .. :(

Does the 3G version of the phone (H420) really have autofocus on its 5MP camera? If you look at LG Leon, its 5MP version doesn't have it.

Good phone for the non-demanding user. But, has no notification LED which means checking display manually and tap to wake option often works after few tries or not at all so must unlock manually with the power button on the back (not ideal when phone lies flat on a surface).
It has nice sharp HD display but colors are very dull and unnatural and on the colder side. Orange is the worst offender which looks either washed out or red on many pictures. Quite surprised at low quality from a LG panel. So, if you like at the very least decent color reproduction like I do (browsing photos and watching videos) then you won't be happy with this, I ended up returning it. Otherwise very good device with lollipop, good battery endurance and practical pretty design that's lightweight.

Abc.android, 28 Aug 2015tried already. it doesn't work. You must save your data and then make factory reset.Maybe some app which you install is problematic.
