Does anyone know how to transfer items via USB cable? And is it possible to send files via infrared from other model phones because I am having trouble with this.If anyone can help than your help is much appreciated.

Hello pls i need a solution to my lgu8110 i just bought not close to a week and im having a screen freezing problem with the phone which is not suppose to be so.each time i use it to video record or taking a picture or on for maybe 5mins, it freezed, hook and sometimes shows alot of white lines and white or blank screen this is making me really worried and i dont know what to do.Pls can someone tell me what to do to make this phone work effectively.I'll really appreciate the help cuz i cant afford to buy this phone for so much and cant use it.Pls help

i have put the com ports the same and chaged everything like it should be and my computer will still not work with the phone and the usb please help becuase i really would like it to work!! =(

To all of those who had problems trying to transfer pictures from your mobile to the PC:
I had the same problem and thanks to a skilled friend worked it out after many weeks. How?
First open the LG Synch Manager/Configure/Communications Setings and choose your port setting. I chose COM6.
Then open the LG Phone Manager/Transfer/Set COM Port and choose THE SAME PORT THAT YOU SELECTED IN THE LG SYNCH MANAGER, in my case COM6.
So, remember, whether it's COM5 or 6 or some other port, IT MUST BE THE SAME for the LG SYNCH MANAGER as for the LG PHONE MANAGER.
I think that's the big trick. For me it solved the problem when I almost gave up trying. Now everything works out fine.

i have an lg u8180, i have problems connecting it with my computer using a usb port, but the main concern i have is if i am able to put my pictures from my images on my phone onto the computer! can sum1 please give me a step-by-step guide to wat to do! thanx!!!

Hi all, I'm looking for any easy way to connect my LG 8110 to my PC using the USB port (as we do with the LG Phone Management Software) BUT i want to have the caller ID pop up on the screen with an incoming call
Just looking for a cheap no frills way to have an easy pop up or similar. Can anyone please help

The Infrared seems to connect with other phones but no info transfers. If you know how to get it working, please let me know.
