Hey could someone advise is this phone better than LG G4 when it comes to ringtones audio etc. I have some heading lost and I am seeking a phone which rings loud. plus amongst okay features to compare to the LG G4. is this phone extremely big in size compare to the G4 also as am worried if the size is too big to walk around with in my hand if it can't fit in my pocket. thanks in advance for your help with this info.

nope not true i have 2 devices one for me and one for my mom beside that i charge it only once in day camera is amazing the phone is too strong maybe u bought a chinese copy or something btw i am a super heavy user almost 24/7 online so you have something really wrong i am here to help

Not recommended by any means. Camera drains the battery that you need to recharge 2 times per day. The phone was advertised on TV commercial and store reps as military grade/shatter-proof, guess what, it fell off the couch onto hardwood floor and screen cracked. the store didnt even carry a case for this phone stating it wont crack. When you dial you do not hear the ringing for a person to pick up on the other side (only once in a while) and its a known issue with LG phones. Would never have purchased this phone had I known this. False advertisement on TV and certainly T-Mobile reps in the store where I purchased it. Not worth the money.

had the phone for a month, system updated, then was stuck in boot loop. I decided to give it another shot and was fine until today when it froze on me, shut off, and was stuck in the boot loop again. its not the first time LG has given me issues, i had issues with the g4 as well, where it just shut off one day, replaced it and it kept restarting, etc.

I had this phone for a year, and just today did it start boot looping. It just suddenly started doing this without any explanation. Although I had once recommended the phone, this is super frustrating and I would never want anyone to go through this.

My v10 lost signal when slected only for gsm network
Only one sim working at a time
Coz both sim didn,t select for auto network for lte
Any good suggestion
I already updated at marshmallow

I think lgv10 has a boot loop problem I don't recommend lg to anybody this phone sucks its not just mine a lot of complaints about it.

You may update thru LG bridge for faster update than waiting for update on air. After update, somehow it optimizes and enhances its battery's life to about 20% though.

Got my LG V10 month ago and it's my first smartphone.
I've tested it for performance and it's superb, but a bit disappointed on its battery performance especially heavy gaming and surfing.
I recently updated it's o.s. through LG bridge, somehow it enhances it's battery life through application optimization.
Overall impression, it's a good phone and much cheaper too than it's rivals.
