LG can't afford to have similar thing happened to a device like V10. However, there are reports of v10 owners facing this problem, mainly it is related to phone's overheating.

please friends, i wanna buy Lg v10 but in my country its not officially released. So i've to buy from third party reseller. I need to know is there any way to check if the phone is original and not a refurbished or used phone?
anyone with the answer?

Is the V10 suffering from sudden death problem like the G4? Or is it a software problem related to a bad updating/upgrading process?
