This is the worst phone I've ever had. Screen gets hung up constantly, necessitating frequent reboots. Text is slow. Quality of phone calls is poor.
I'll never buy an LG phone again and, assuming cell phones are where LG focuses their Quality Control, I really doubt I'll buy any LG product again.

That's the worst phone I've seen. It made me dislike anything produced by LG and I don't even trust their other phones. The screen flickered and eventually died, tried contacting an LG representative and he was quite rude. Have nothing to do with LG again.

I am having right now the LG V10 as test subject. and in the middle of working. it failed into Bootloop issue. Any way to fix this WITHOUT going to a repair shop? all shops claiming that the logic board of the V10 are not sold anymore. It feels really solid and I enjoyed the experience.
(edit: OR WITH going to a repair shop. but then tell me where I can get a logic board?)

One of the best smartphones - awsome buit quality, awsome camera, awsome screen, the 1st phone with a secondary display or a NOTCH ;), 1st phone with a Quad-DAC, mil-Spec10 ,removable battery. I wish i LG would make another phone like that - rugged & very practical and made with stainless steel and rubber but still elegant like that.

LG V10 is a beautiful phone, I absolutely loved it, big screen, fast, great cameras.... unfortunately it was a total waste of money. It worked for 6 months and appear the boot problem. Terrible news I lost data, info, photos and videos of an important period of my life. I hate it!. I will never buy a LG phone again.
After that, i bought a Xiaomi Note 5 plus. Excellent phone! i am surprised cause it cost less than half of the LG and i got 64 Gb of internal storage, 4mb RAM and a 2.0 processor. It is faster than the LG, got FM Radio and infrarred port! works as a remote control hehe.
Mi advise, don't waste so much money on a brand phone, get a Xiaomi, anyhow you will be changing it in 2 years because you will want to just "Change your phone".

I m using v10 since 1 year. It heats up now, and restarts rapidly. I m totally disapointed from lg prduct and will never ever use any lg mobile. Total a worst product.

I have a unique problem.my v10 shows total RAM 1.8 GB only while it should be about 4 GB .ram suddenly drpped from 4 gb to 2 gb(1.8 gb). Please help

been using it for last two years without any problem ....yes while playing games or making videos it does get hot ....but only slightly more then other phones

Yeah this phone is prone to bootloop luckily mine used it 3 years now. Still working excellent but everytime overheat i will delete the data or apps that cause it.
