              I also have the "Black Screen" when on a call. I tried something just to see if it would make a difference. So far, the Black Screen hasn't shown up (YET...)

              Settings>>Networks>>Call>>Gesture

              Answer an Incoming Call
              Uncheck this box.

              Sorry if that didn't help. Definitely a glitch somewhere....hope LG or Marshmallow fixes it with an update.

                Hey folks.... i brought my v10 baby on dec 12th 2015.
                all the way its a nice 4n, but i face some issues still.

                1- i have to charge the device at least 2 times in a day, even if i dont use much battery charge draining so fast.
                i tried with turn off second disply also but no use still not enough battery power.

                2-i face problem with proximity sensor. when ever i make calls n keep next to my ear the display turns off as it is. but after i remove from my ears its not waking up, bcos of this im not able to cut my call or do anything else. the display totally off until other party disconnect the call. bcos of this i have to ask other party to cut the cal always.

                hope anyone can help me in this problems.

I HAVE the G4, and let me tell you - the LG V10 is better in EVERY WAY, aside from maybe the pixels per inch, in the display, as it has a larger screen with the same resolution, which means the same amount of pixels are more spread out, in a larger surface, making things less crispy, but you won't notice that, at all - TRUST me.

                          The only other downsides would be that it has the same sized battery, despite having a larger screen, a bigger primary display, and an additional secondary display (dual screen functionality), on top of it, which is always on (the secondary, I mean), unless the phone is turned off completely (which will eat into the battery, which means - all things considered/remaining equal, the LG G4 has less things eating up the same sized battery), as well as the fact that the battery is non-removable, but when you consider the fact that the LG G4 comes with 32GB of internal storage, with an optional 128GB of additional Micro SD storage, and the LG V10 comes with 64GB of internal storage, with an optional 200GB of additional Micro SD storage, it means nothing, anymore.

                          And aside from that, it has 4GB of RAM, instead of the 3GB found on the G4, it has WAY better build quality, a better camera for video capturing, a second functional screen, better in-built sound for music (RIDICULOUSLY high quality audio), a six-inch display (though, larger size can also be construed as a bad thing, for/to some), among a whole HOST of other features, it just seems like a no-brainer, to me, as to the better choice, here.

                          Take it from me and go for the V10, buddy. V10, ALL the way.

                                  I hav updated my v10 software to v10c about 389 mb but after the uodate i noticed the ui is changed when back to homescreen not like previous.lg please fix this my v10 is h961n

The other cameras have inferior specs and even visual inspection of their pictures are lesser quality than the v10.
