I had this phone for a month, accidently dropped it from one feet to a concrete floor & the Dura guard nicked & scratched. It wasn't as tough as LG claims it to be, but the Dura skin & Dura glass withstands the drop. Hope to see LG improves it's future phones with "dust/water resistance".

Many people are scams, and buy a Chinese copy, and I think the original, so that later on when something goes wrong with the phone., spit on the brand, and not know that they have taken a Chinese copy

Sample (yahoo.hk).The u can sign up Hong Kong Lg account. Because l live in Canada, l have same problem. Try your best. l hope it can help u.

Good day.
I'm from the Philippines and the V10 is yet to be officially launched here. I got an LG V10 just recently and it works flawlessly. I know that my product would come from overseas and it even says on the box "Certified for use in Hong Kong".
Regarding its software version it has "v10a-hkg-xx".
My question is, will I still be able to get OTA updates here in my country?
I tried searching for software updates using the phone via WiFi but it tells me that has trouble connecting to their server.
I hope somebody can help.

For any phone to work good try and clean cache once every month so it keeps a lag free usage..
