Just tested the charging time of LG V10's battery. I ran it until the phone couldn't complete the boot up process (turn on). Initial testing shows that in 90 min. it charged up to 60%. In 2 hours it charged to 90%. The phone remained off during this test. A certified Qualcomm Quick Charge wall adapter was used. I didn't measure time to complete discharge due to lack of inconsistent discharging methods. My estimates indicate a 1%~100% charge in about three hours. (Note: phone remained off during this test)

AnonD-247099, 07 Nov 2015I don't know what's wrong with LG design team. They have to... moreIn my opinion, l think LG has make Nexus 5x. And LG want to make the other choice like Nexus 6P. l agree LG V10 is so big. l have a bad experience, l bought Nexus 6 and l feel too big and cannot handle by one hand.

Bmbk, 07 Nov 2015Hello... Which is better to buy Samsung Galaxy s6 edge or l... moreI can not imagine a phone with a fixed battery and memory. such as Samsung works with newer phones. Samsung wants to make us use the cloud, and to have access to your data in the cloud, if you're somewhere far away, where there is no signal, then how are you going to use the cloud, because the expandable memory law. has, Samsung is no longer used as it was, all the more like and turns into apple, high-priced, discharge the battery and expandable memory,no FM radio and no IR blaster, memory is limited 32 and 64 gb , very little and score on AnTuTu-in means nothing, except that these they gave 500+ euros boast that their phone is "fast" on the test.
FREE high score if the system is not optimized and if full of bloat (with Samsung) and The problem with the Exynos chip is that it is almost impossible to use the CyanogenMod ROM or any ROM based on CyanogenMod .,. note 5 and s6 , s6 edge a has bad RAM management, the problem is touchfiz AND FULL BLOATWERE who can not seem to improve. even LG G4 has done better RAM managment AND snapdragon has better ram management than exynos because of java preference loading delay errors in exynos

When will LG v10 be available in the Philippines? Does the promo freebies (200gb sd card, charging cradle, extra 3000 mAh battery) only applicable in the US? or it will be also be done in the Philippines? Thanks.

I don't know what's wrong with LG design team. They have totally neglected their group of customers which are continuously asking for a normaly sized flagship phone e.g. similar to LG G2 size.
I think that this group of customers is the bigest one. I am sure that's the main reason for low sales figures of LG smartphones. I am a G2 user since 2013, and i am waiting for a similar sized LG flagship but, unfortunately it looks like it will never come again. Such a shame LG.

LG V10 Nit Picking List :
1) NO Image Pinch ~ Drag up to Delete (mini thumbnails at the bottom of the screen)
2) NO Homescreen in Landscape view
3) NO App Menu in Landscape view
4) NO Downloads Tab in App Menu
5) NO "App Info" drag-to bin
6) NO App Menu wallpaper customizing
7) NO Lock Screen Clock customizing
8) VERY BUGGY (defective) Manual Screen Brightness feature/settings. So far, these 8 issues are really disappointing. ....but I'm obviously just Nit-Picking at LG here.
9) NO FM Radio (H900 version)
10) Supposedly Android's latest Lollipop update did away with "Guest" accounts.
....and I've only used this phone for maybe 10 hours so I'm still trying to figure out this phone.

Um..I'm writing a review TO anyone who owns (and hopefully loves) an LG Optimus G.
This review is "specifically" for you guys (me being one of them). I really really like the Optimus UI (original UI). When I wrote a review about the Optimus G's UI, I stated in that review (3 years ago !) that it was the best UI I had ever experienced. After using the V10 for several hours....LG felt like a COMPLETE and utter stranger to me. In fact, I thought several times I was using Touchwiz (which I dislike immensely). I don't' regret' getting the V10 BUTTT I'm now desperately trying to figure out how I can get back the Optimus UI found on the Optimus G (E970). I really don't know what to tell you other than what you should already know. Handsome Rugged and Durable Design (body), Superb Camera, Fast and Flawless Navigation and Operation, Astounding and Breathtaking Display, battery (um, disappointing - sorry LG), AT&T's bloatware (minimal but I still think their dirty hands are hidden all over this phone) I haven't tried features like : IR Remote, OTG capability, MHL or Slimport etc. but I know there's no (built-in) FM Radio App. This leads me to think there's no radio (oh well) The LG V10 is definitely TOP NOTCH TECHNOLOGY. ...but the UI (in my honest opinion) has definitely taken a wrong turn. The Optimus UI is very intuitive (to me) but the LG UX 4.0+ (whatever '+' means) has now become a thorn in my hands for the next 2 years. As awesome as this phone is, I honestly and sincerely would not recommend this device to any friends or family (solely based on the UI -sorry again LG). If I figure out how to put the original Optimus UI on this phone, then I would label this phone : 2015 Smartphone of the Year (EASILY!!!!) My other options would be : Motorola Droid Turbo 2 or the Acer Predator 6 (or the next LG flagship .....um, possibly)

I'm not sure why people are complaining about the battery life. I've had this phone for a week now, got it on Verizon, and EVERY day since I'm getting 15+ hours off the chargerm with moderate usage.
