AnonD-459626, 26 Oct 2015If you love Sony (for whoever says his bro is a top officia... morefeeling jealous ha. use a phone practically before commenting on it or atleast with proper knowledge. many of them are just putting senseless comments without using any phones regarding them and made me irritated as they re making more negative comments about phones which really do succeed in real life. here i am not pulling out only sony but even other companies. for ex many comments that apple has low ram, crap processor etc but thats not true. ios is designed for single core performance so it has higher singlecore benchmarks and stuck to triplecore until now. ios dont use java script so it consumes very less ram compared to android. i dont bash about sony and i love apple for optimal gaming performance, samsung (s6,note5,s6 edge+) for nice design and unique sensors and sony for its sound, camera and waterproofing.

Exynos can't even boot ... moreThe problem with the Exynos chip is that it is almost impossible to use the CyanogenMod ROM or any ROM based on CyanogenMod .need as much to work on optimizing software,. note 5 a has bad RAM management, the problem is touchfiz, who can not seem to improve. even LG G4 has done better RAM managment

I am just giving my... moresuppose if u are using a phone that u like and verge(u mean they are professional hmm...) gave a rating much less that u never expected, so how could u think of it? u just settle yourself that they are professionals and my experience doesn't count or u will regret for that review. i am neither a fan of anything and i used many phones so i got a idea how these devices will work in long term. each company has got its cons and pros, u will truly find them out during the real life experience

Honestly, I'm excited for the phone! I used to have a massive Battle Station for video recording, an with the death of my GPU I'm hoping this device will prove a sufficient replacement!

If you love Sony (for whoever says his bro is a top official in Sony HQ) take your Sony and scram to the Sony phones opinion thread. If you like samsung, take it and scram to the Samsung phone opinion thread. I've read a lot of what you all have typed here now clap for yourselves and scram, quit littering the opinion thread of this solid one of a kind reliable phone with stories bout yo sony,Samsung,yo bro in Sony hq or maybe yo uncle...

With a second screen and large resolution, I don't expect this phone to last you all day off a full charge. Maybe 4-5 hours of on-screen time (and I am being generous). Add to the fact that it is heavy and you got yourself a failure of a phone.
Don't get me wrong, by the way, I like LG products and just wish LG would not create gimmicks in their phones like Samsungs "Edge" screen.

Exynos can't even boot cyanogen mod and it's ui is very laggy and childish. Ram management is worst in even Samsung flagships (note5,s6 edge+). Xperia ui is very addictive.

Also I am giving to you comparison of phone dimensions between LG G2 and Sony Z5 as both have the same screen size of 5.2 inch:
Sony Z5 = 146 x 72 x 7.3 mm (5.75 x 2.83 x 0.29 in);
LG G2 = 138.5 x 70.9 x 8.9 mm (5.45 x 2.79 x 0.35 in);
It means 7.5 mm difference in height between Z5 and G2 for the same screen size. That's ridiculous from Sony. Sony's Screen to body ratio was always a disaster e.g. Z5 = 69.6% vs. G2 = 75.9%.

Super phone but bad chipset, SD808 weaker than Mediatek octa core chipset, expensive for such a thing.

They do the same mistake ... moreso u say that sony will not listen to their customers haha.. unlike samsung sony always looks for perfection that's main reason for not issuing fingerprint sensor before z5. xperia z6 is going to have military grade heartbeat, spo2 etc ( my brother told me as he is one of the high ranked official in sony headquarters). samsung blindly went for 4gb ram even knowing that e7420 cant handle it properly with other specs but sony stuck to 3gb as it can arise problems with sd810. sony delivered a phone what most of the customers are desired for that is z5p. a 4k phone with superior camera and dual heat sinks with thermal paste increasing the performance of sd 810 and reducing overheating. if u desire even more than that in this generation ur retar*d or greedy

AnonD-280781, 25 Oct 2015The problem with the Exynos chip is that it is almost impos... moredude i totally agree with you. samsung phones has worst ram management and exynos 7420 cant handle 4gb ram properly with all those heavy specs in note 5 and s6 edge+ resulting in lag. the problem is java script is not loaded to ram properly by exynos chip so most midrangers and some highend phones have worst ram issues . snapdragon works like a charm in these kind of tasks. however samsung was caught cheating as they overclocked their cpus for benchmarks. in real life snapdragon is best, heating....i had ipad air 2 which heats like hell while playing games

Good phone but why is LG always making their best phones so big and heavy...if i wanted extra large screen i would buy a tablet. So i bought the brilliant S6 Edge.
