On my third day of use Oreo LG V20 Sprint (LS997) and nothing goes wrong, the phone moves much better and smoother than with Nougat.
The update has a lot of options, at first I was a bit uncomfortable but then I found everything, LG managed to do his best job in this update the phone work awesome is the best everything improved, it's amazing how well I work Oreo in the V20 It is as done for this model, I love my V20 now work amazing 0 lag.

g6 user, 04 Aug 2018sprint is not in Pakistan but USA you must connect to pcUnfortunately my mobile is not connecting with LG BRIDGE. Btw i have updated it from ls997zv5 to ls997zvd via OTA.(near about 7 updates)

So, ladies and gents (if there are any ladies around at all ;), I finally got this wonder. I can only say this is the Mercedes W124 of all smartphones. With an extended battery of course heh heh. ;) I love it. No color retention yet and no oreo for me yet, I'll wait for an update through the system update. I do miss the Miui skin of my old Xiaomi and its flawless applock but oh well. Everything else is supreme.

Can someone help me, my LG V20 H910PR does not support 4g option. Even though my sim card is lte capable. What should I do?

Anonymous, 17 Jul 2018when i tap mode/multiview it crashed / camera error.I have exactly the same issue. I rang LG US (I live in the UK but LG UK were useless) and they said that it's a camera driver issue that has affected quite a few people. If the phone is bought in the US, you can send it back to LG, they will fix the driver issue, and send it back to you for free with the whole process apparently taking 2 weeks. Unfortunately I can't do that so no front facing camera for me!

Not all V20's have it but for those units that are affected, download 'sFilter' app at Google Playstore and install it to your V20 with temporary image/screen retention.
The 'sFilter' app settings to avoid screen/image retention were mentioned a few pages back in this forum. Anyway, to repeat, they are as follows: Set blue Light Filter to On; Filter Opacity to 5% (anywhere from 5-10% would be sufficient); Brightness of screen - 5% (anywhere from 5-10% will be enough); Color (Choose black); Notification bar - On; Sort Notification bar - On; Allow greater opacity - On; Navigation bar - On; Start on boot - On.
It will effectively stop temporary image/screen retention/ghosting on the main screen from forming even if you remain on a static screen for an hour. Try it, it works wonders.

Have had this phone for about 18 months, super solid device. Only issue is some LCD ghosting, which is annoying but not really a "problem". Never had a need to put a case on this guy, it can take a hit. Oreo update made battery life better and improved performance that was already great, so if you find one of these for a good price, it's a great phone.

Sprint V20 LS997 here, and I've been rocking the Oreo update for a few days now. Huge battery life improvement (my original battery is pretty much shot, and I was getting 2 hours on a charge if I used it, I now get 10+ hours), and performance boost (was getting laggy on Marshmallow).

Does it still have native facebook app integrated in the OS?I just hated that d.i.c.k move....
