From alixpress, i wouldnt recommend buying from Cingo, they have a lot of reviews with faulty phones. I know they are refurbished but they are selling phones with different battery model or missing heat dissipators. I got mine from Sen Yuan and no problems, you can browse and look for the store that appeals to you, also most V50 there are the korean version so you will have some korean apps that you will need to turn off or disable and the app LG world to get wallpapers, themes , icons and fonts will be on korean.
You can ask the seller to declare it at a lower value to avoid custom tax, ask them to make the invoice available to you and basically ask any question you have. I would recommend too to buy the phone case protection because the V50 in some countries is non existent and you are not going to find one, just like glass protections.
It comes unlocked by default to most carriers worldwide, all you have to check is your carrier support and cross check if it will work in your country.

At least my mom got herself an upgrade with my V30+ :D

Also you need to test it prior by having someone calling you or send whatsapp/sms then when you know the sound got changed, reboot your phone.

Some of the most aesthetically pleasing phones I own are LG V30+, Meizu 16th, Nokia 7 Plus & Nokia 6.1. In the second row I will put phones like Samsung S10+, LG G8X & Vivo NEX S. On the third row Honor View 10.
The above comparison is based on my own subjective views. Others may vary.

... moreWow. Nice to see this forum is still active. Agree with you. The phone looks very premium in silver. I have been using for 3 years. Never replaced anything. Still works great. I am contemplating upgrading to iphone. The 12 pro steel is so shiny it looks ugly. And the 12 aluminum looks cheap. (This is based on online photos only. Yet to check it out). Whereas, the v30+ looks super premium, although its aluminum only
I wonder if I should continue with my v30+ for some more time.

But if there is one phone that can beat the LG V30+ in aesthetics, design purity & symmetrical design it has to be Meizu 16th (Meizu 16 in China). Both 16th & V30+ looks pretty similar while 16th seems to a more refined design version on V30+. However looks are subjective and it may vary for others.

honestly, one of the best looking phones ever designed in touch screen era, in my opinion. 100/10. I have standard blue one but Silver and Raspberry Rose are stunning.

Veiil, 24 Nov 2020I used this phone i think this is best ever lg phone really... moreI used it (still) for gaming, taking photos and videos, and even drawing (on a drawing tablet to make my own customized wallpapers). And never forget the coveted Quad DAC, that ever rarer 3.5m audio port and its quality for music and movies. I haven't got any reason to change my LG V30+ at all even right now in 2020.
