LG V30 is getting a new update
LG has started pushing out a new update to its V30 smartphone. Weighing in at around 500MB, it's a security update that brings along Android fixes for the month of November. Aside from this, the device's usability and functionality has also been improved.
As is usually the case with OTA roll outs, it may take time for the update notification to pop up on your device's screen. So be patient.
While this latest update is still based on Android Nougat, the South Korean company is already testing the Oreo update for the handset in its home country.
In other news, the HTC U Ultra has also started receiving a new security update. However, it only brings the October security patch. The update weighs in a little over 250 MB and arrives as version 1.64.401.10.
