Near Perfect phone when bought used or refurbished. Not sure if it's an OS design or LG design but by default sets the Game resolution to an absurd HIGH instead or Normal or low which "by default" results in slower game performance causing unjust bad reviews. Also game text is too small. I do not like 1440p on tiny 6inch screen. I don't even like 1440p on any screen lower than a 27 inch computer monitor because it makes everything so tiny. Games that try to cram console graphics and have too many elements onto the screen of a 6 inch phone have text that are absurdedly too small to read. Adjusting minimum width and display font size only helps for some helps and never helps for games.
I got an almost new phone for a price of a flip phone. This is not the phone's fault it's android's and game designer's fault.

G6, G7, G8, V30, V35, V40, V50, V60 and Velvet (price varies of course)
Happy with my V35 running Korean Android 10

Charlie, where did you find this for under $150? A refurbished at&t exclusive one on Amazon is $200. A new at&t exclusive on Amazon is $245. A truly unlocked one on Amazon is $300. Please tell us where you found one under $150.

This is a very underrated phone and good to be picked up for less than 150 USD. It can play PUBG on extreme FPS and very smooth on Call of Duty. Camera is also great and overall speed and build of the phone is flagship. Thinking of buying a midranger 2020 vs. Flagship 2018? Go for the V35!

I didn't encounter any issues except the ugly LG UI but when I updated it to Android 10 it got better. I also use a case. Maybe yours was damaged from rough handling or you received a bad batch

I had to flash a new firmware to be able to use it with a non-AT&T SIM card (also got rid of the associated blotware) and it's working perfectly. The signal is strong, the same as the European version V40 a friend of mine has.
