I recommend to use V600TM version if V600EA is not available (seen 2 AT&T devices both using A11). A lot of phone for ~300$.

Can you comfirm me about the netflix support which some of youtube reviewers has stated that andriod 12 has downgrade the support for wideline L1 to wideline L3? I am often watch netflix(most of the time crunchyroll) but got few series that is available on netflix.

Where Minecraft can be a tiny bit choppy at times, honkai impact is locked at 60FPS and also seems to respond much faster.

Since the andriod 12 u mention work like a cham, i guess there is no issues such as battery drain faster. It means that LG optimise the phone pretty well. I watched from youtube that u can enable 8k video recordings on manual setting. That is so great tho i wont be using that. I usually play honkai impacts and spotify most of the time with instagram when i found myself in a place where i thought "it will be a good scenery". So i guess the battery life would take me a day before charging.

Thank you for the great respond. Now im going to sell my G8X and get the v60. Now all i need is a phone for my daily routine such as work and WhatsApp. Thinking of charging my mate 30 to huawei p40 pro or the mate 40 pro.

Megat, 13 Dec 2022LG V60 for 200$ Or Sony 1 II for 185$ ???As much as I love Sony phones, I'd go for the V60 because of the Quad DAC, detachable Dual Screen case, AES stylus support, and Screen+ Desktop Mode. While Sony's flagship phones do support wired video output, they don't develop their own custom Desktop Mode flavour.

It's still all right for you to buy one now, especially when LG alongside ASUS remains the only brand to put DAC audio on smartphones.

K-Man, 15 Dec 2022I can't get the fingerprint reader to work no matter w... moreThe entire finger print sensor covers a " thumbprint" area right above the circle(return) button with the return button being at the bottom border of the sensor.
Now recently i had to re calibrate my current print because it was taking a few tries to get it unlocked, so wear and tear of your own finger print affects the reading accuracy, because once i re calibrate my print its back to normal.

azy, 30 Jul 2022Have you downloaded custom finger print readers or is the s... moreI can't get the fingerprint reader to work no matter what. Absolutely eff'd.

It keeps chastising me for screwing up, and when it does it shows the animation finger pressing down for like 10 seconds every time, omg it is incredibly stoooopid.

There should be an outline where to exactly place your thumb because it keeps showing how you eff'd up but you don't know exactly what you did. Annoying in this respect but still a great phone.

Yes, I would download a custom f-print reader in a minute, as long as it has good ratings.

Yeah, just search in Settings for "gestures" and you'll find the option to return to "normal".

There is definitely something nice about about the gesture way of navigating. And frankly, there has been only once in the month since I have owned this V60 that I got "stuck".

I reverted to "back arrow" for now.

Such a nice phone. Bought it used for $225. The battery lasts a loooong time, but when I charge with a my newest "fast charge" cable it acts funny and won't reliably charge. I think the jack needs cleaning.

I have an LG V30 and I absolitely loved it. The music through headphone is awesome.

Bruh just got the phone a week ago I absolutely love it 😍 it's a huge battery life monster and to be honest I've never heard phone speakers that can match this one at all. Never had any heating issues, the cameras are superb, performance at its best, display quite nice though it's a chungus of a phone😂😂 I love it. Was a steal for $200

Anyone using T-Mobile unlocked version in Europe? problems, restrictions?

Nekomimi, 27 Nov 2022Im thinking of changing my g8x to this. I should have gotte... moreI don't personally have the dual screen case but the G8X was my old phone and I'm currently using a V60 so I believe I am well equipped to advise you on this.

The G8X is a slow piece of crap compared to the V60. The V60 is no gaming champ, you're not going to be cranking the graphics to the max in games like Minecraft, but basically any other game will run well, Minecraft is terribly optimized. The pictures it takes are out of this world compared to the G8X. Zooming is actually possible now, albeit only to 2X and keep reasonable quality, but it's an improvement. Charging is way faster and produces way less heat. Charging complete from below 10% in about 2 hours then it's good for ~7 hours screen on time, mixed watching YouTube and messaging and listening to music. I usually get 15% battery warning around dinner time but that's with rather unhealthy levels of usage. The screen is way brighter, you can actually see it outside, and easily too. My G8X looked like a black screen in the Albertan sun. Comms are rock solid, though my unit is messed up on cell service due to me having taken it apart and missed an antenna connection. (Not sure where as I haven't taken it back apart yet.) Headphone jack great, same as the G8X if maybe a little louder. Ultrawide cam is better than the G8X but realistically with the crazy quality of the main sensor you're not going to be using it much. I can't speak for screen+ because of restrictions on my phone but display output does work. Never had any issues with the amount of RAM, it's rock solid and the only way you're gonna get an app to close in the background is if you either open an unrealistic amount of them, or open a heavy game in battery saver mode. The bezels originally turned me off this phone but the truth is they're gonna disappear in a few days of usage. The benefits of a nearly 21*9 screen outweigh the drawbacks of slightly funky bezels. Android 12 runs like a dream on it, android 13 likely coming next year and I can't speak for what improvements that'll bring.

This was a bit of a ramble but I hope it helped you.
