I take it back. This phone is terrible. The hardware is perfectly fine (though disappointing that there is no pre-applied screen protector) but the software is buggy, laggy and lacks options that other manufacturers offer.
I'm done with LG phones forever. Never again.

The software is buggy sometimes (and tends to freeze), the speakers aren't very good and the fingerprint scanner isn't very quick. None of these are deal breakers but they're flaws nonetheless.

Please adjust the hole of the headphone jack from the dual case for the next version. There's certain headphones with cords that have a L shape instead of I shape at the end. That means that the cord can't be inserted fully. Please take account for those kind of headphones

I tested both version (128 go US & 256 EU) & unfornately the camera is worse than my old V30. Photos are noisy, blurry, overexpoded etc. Very disappointed !

When is V60 going to launch globally? It's been many months since it got launched. Neither the phone is available in Amazon or any shops. Why LG's marketing team is so pathetic? Awaiting this phone for months now.

My issue was finally solved and this was not LG V60 problem (same was happening also on Motorola). It was a number migration from one operator to another who caused this - T-Mobile did something wrong and did not migrate all services in correct way. After few attempts (rising multiple cases which were quickly closed with some annoying comments, that all been checked and it is FOR SURE problem with a phone etc. ... even if this was happening on a different phone where everything was working on T-Mobile different number) it finally reached right person who was experienced enough to address this issue to support in the way they understood (make it working or customer will leave... or something). ;)

Any V60 Dual owners figure out how to get a protective shield for the outer cover? I just got mine and I am sure it's going to be badly scuffed in a month if I don't cover it.

I've had every Android on the market and this is the best phone I've ever seen or used. Doesn't have a flaw! It's super fast, camera is great, display incredible, and the dual screen is awesome and very useful. In all honesty I would take this phone over anything else on the market right now and not give it a second thought. I've always bounced back and fourth between Samsung and LG but I'll have this one for quite a few years. I'm looking forward to see how much faster it is when they figure out the whole 5g thing.

I've had mine with the DS case for 2 months and absolutely love it.
The only minor grip is that the screen bezels are thicker than what I anticipated. The screen should fill the frame more.

Maybe LG dropped it, seems that cannot keep up with demand for the V60.

LG had planned the improved version of the V60 which would be the V60S since last year, even before the release of the regular V60. As the current year draws closer to the end and also with LG's new strategy, it looks like the V60S may not be released anymore.
