Although the LG V60 does have the 32bit QUAD DAC it is not tuned by MERIDIAN and does not decode or play MQA music files.....

Check this video. Based on his analysis, V60 bring better zoom than S20+ because of its sensor size.

One of the few phones that checks all the important marks:
            SD865 and 8GB RAM
            SD card slot
            3.5mm headphone port.

Could the GSM Arena check this out? Cause the LG V60 is supposed to have another 256Gb version and also the UFS 3.0 instead of 2.1.
The phone is already available but the specs still unchanged.

I have an S10+ that I got last June. I like it overall, but since I had the V30 before it, I missed the quad DAC for the headphone jack, so I bought a cheap V20 to use as a music player. But now that the V60 is out, I'm wanting it. The problem is, when I had my unlocked V30, I had terrible signal T-Mobile. Also, I thought the UI was ugly. LG's theme store sucks compared to Galaxy Store, too. But the quad DAC and that huge battery in the V60 will give me two days of usage for sure. I'm confused about what to do. I'm scared to be disappointed in LG again. plus I can't afford to upgrade every year. :/

                        I don't have the lg v60 yet but I have had the lg v20, v30 & v40.

In spite of what was said by someone about the v30 camera being worse than the v20 but it actually performed better than the v20. Both had problems with low light photography but v20 was significantly worse in that regard. The v30 main camera did better for resolution with bright scenes than even the v40 but v40 much better in low light.

Both v30 & v40 suffer from excess softening combined with excess sharpening so there was loss of small details but details that showed were sharpened substantially. This was an issue with stock camera software. The Gcam software really did fantastic at correcting this but had other issues causing crashes & odd color in many situations but detail was supurb on v30 especially, better than v40.

From the pictures I've seen online taken by v60 I think it will be better than v40. Of coarse online picture can't be used to judge for fine detail so I hope that the softening/sharpening is finally a thing of the past with the v60. It seems to show better dynamic range by substantial amount.

As far as 5g on T Mobile it's not substantially faster at this point than 4g LTE. Once they absorb Sprint they will have faster sub 6 5g. Millimeter 5g though very fast is not worth the effort. T Mobile is correct to persue sub 6 & particularly 600 MHz sub 6 as they will have the most & best 5g experience. Certainly most reliable though not that much faster than 4g. Absorbing sprint will yield faster 5g in town at least with better than mm reliability by a long shot.

"The S20 and S20 Plus as of writing, NotebookCheck reports that the two devices offer a mere 1.06x zoom camera. The phones merely seem to be cropping via the ultra high-resolution cameras and using software processing to get to 3x and 10x “hybrid-optic” zoom then."
As for the S20 Ultra offers a 4x periscope zoom camera.
So "maybe" the V60 camera is ok. Could lose or win against the smaller s20 lineups in reviews. My point is the V60 camera quality certainly is up there with the competition.
And while the overwhelming bashing will continue .... Its just some info for the non biased people.

I find you are a XIAOMI fanboy and bull... moreIs it really my fault that Xiaomi is the only one making good phones (except for ZTE, the Red Magic 5G is solid) anymore? Xiaomi does have their flaws and I point them out on that. I don't stick to one single brand, but I can't help it if no company is making anything good. Samsung isn't doing terrible but they're not doing great either. Apple is garbage. Nokia is garbage. Huawei uses inferior Kirin chips. Sony is garbage.
