Have anyone faced ghost-touch issue? Bought two phones and after several months both phones started to show ghost-touch issue in lower mid section of the display and finally ended up ruining the whole display!

Have you tried factory reset?
Press volume down plus power
Until you get to recovery mode
Then reset your device
Other ways to repair is flashing stock rom
Find a lg velvet rom and flash it using pc

Please i need help
Lg velvet g900vmw showed low memory entered bootloop 3 times so it shutdown and refused to turn on. I have tried all solutions on line yet it refuse to turn on. Battery is fully charged please i need solution.

If the model of LG Velvet you have 'VM' is a USA version, 'Verizon' then it is unlikely you will be able to unlock or update it. I believe USA versions of cell phones cannot be 'updated' etc outside of the USA.
