Have you tried factory reset?
Press volume down plus power
Until you get to recovery mode
Then reset your device

Other ways to repair is flashing stock rom

Find a lg velvet rom and flash it using pc

Please i need help
Lg velvet g900vmw showed low memory entered bootloop 3 times so it shutdown and refused to turn on. I have tried all solutions on line yet it refuse to turn on. Battery is fully charged please i need solution.

If the model of LG Velvet you have 'VM' is a USA version, 'Verizon' then it is unlikely you will be able to unlock or update it. I believe USA versions of cell phones cannot be 'updated' etc outside of the USA.

Davy49, 16 Jun 2023I can't remember when my lg velvet 5g (AT&T Varian... moreLG's Android 13 is not similar to A13 of other companies. We didn't even get the flashlight dimming function so our light is just plain On and Off. 🤣

And while most might disagree, I love how their pull down menu didn't change and still kept the old school one. I find the newer version so ugly with their oversized oval buttons. Like they were made for disabled users who can't press an onscreen button.
