YUKI93, 07 Feb 2023After a few months since my reply, the Android 13 OS update... moreI have the Korean version of 8gb ram but does not support dual sim, even though the tray has dual sim support but only single sim works.
Any advice how to activate the dual sim??

      Even tho I didn't received my Android 13 update yet, but I did get my Android update for March 2023

I had a Velvet and all the gadgets, I dropped it and thought I wasn't gonna get another, was throwing away the gadgets till my next phone broke. I figured I would buy a used one atleast it was something I was proud of especially with the dual screen.

          I'm glad i bought another one at my own expense; wish att was more upfront with their warranty policy.

              Also, Android 13 update was lackluster for this phone. No Material You for the pull down menu (which I like lol), only one light level for flashlight. And maybe more cutdown features but I do not care about them.

Yearly unlimited $300 & I get over 300mbps download speeds with TMobile towers. Mint uses T mobile & Verizon.

                              So I still love my LG VELVET still thinking switching to the LG V60 or something else, the only thing I hate is my T-Mobile plan, it's basic so I rather stick with wifi, thinking about going to Magenta Max or the tell my family switch to Military Plan more cheaper for 4 people in the family.
