But saying you'd rather get this over one of the clamshell ones is like saying you'd rather eat the slightly less moldy burrito out of the two that you found in a trash can. They both suck.

LG Wing LM-F100N (Korean version) already received Android 12 update at June, 2022 but I'm using LM-F100TM (T-Mobile USA variant) and running Android 11, still not receiving any updates of Android 12!! Anyone have any idea when this variant will get Android 12?

Anonymous, 20 Aug 2022Would you still consider on buying a standalone gimbal stab... moreThat's the thing about the Wing's gimbal video as it's only limited to 1080p/30fps. I'm personally okay with it, so I have no problem with such a video resolution limitation. If you do value shooting videos in 4K or higher, then it's better to invest in a standalone gimbal stabilizer.

It's just nothing more than a nostalgia cashgrab. I'd rather take something like this LG phone instead.

you have to suffer, 04 Aug 2022hows the video result for the lg wing? is it any better in ... moreThe 12MP Gimbal ultrawide sensor definitely shows much better result in terms of stabilization than the normal 13MP ultrawide sensor. The 13MP sensor is best suited for photography.

It's been a great experience for web browsing and live streaming as I can separate the keyboard onto the second screen. Video recording has been a great experience as well with the manual control for gimbal videos. I'm doing video recording on my Wing more than both my LG V50 and my Microsoft Lumia 950.

I got myself this phone last week (30/July/2022) for the equivalent of $270. It really didn't take long for me to fall in love with this phone, especially its gimbal stabilization with full manual control. I also like how useful the second screen can be for touch keyboard and media playback, especially when watching YouTube and Twitch. Definitely worth getting one if you are a true gadget geek who loves to explore different types of smartphones.

Still have not received ver.12 ? What gives LG? My model is LM-FT100TM - US version.
Its still on Android 11, with June 1,2022 security update.
Can anyone please share latest on this ?

Literally NO ONE ELSE (not even GSMArena) hasn't written an article. But they've written an article about the Velvet and the V50 getting Android 12 updates in South Korea.
