            Anonymous, 10 Oct 2019Even if it's 100%after charge once I remove d charger it offsits the update and battery. I just got mine back from the service center. had the same issue. tip: charge it at 30-20%. Also,dont update firmware if its working properly

                  Great phone,fast enough,just right size....but I hear crackling when I use what's up, and viber, but not when hearing regular calls. Does anybody have any ideas as to why?? Thanx

                        Can I about something after I updated my phone it automatically turns off once I disconnected the charger. So now I need to plug it to the charger for it to turn on for me to use it for wholeday Is it software related or battery related? Thanks

                          The settings icon can be opened without any problem.

                            Can anyone help me?. Good phone, and pleasent except for update. Need to use Swedish, but phone does not have it.. anyway to get around it??

                              DO NOT UPDATE TO 7.1.2OG

                              Bugs:
                              1) Overheating
                              2) Battery drain (phone shuts down once battery level goes below 10%)
                              3) Network issues - I'm having trouble accessing 4G network. It was fine before this update.
                              4) WiFi - can't connect to 5GHz network!
                              5) GPS connection became slow
                              6) and Worst of All - the SETTINGS app/menu crashes in 2 seconds. Now I can't change any of my phone settings!.

                                There's a bug on this phone (Flyme 7.1.2.0G Android 7). When you turn on cellular data, then open Settings, the GPS will automatically active.

                                      Amenzz, 27 Apr 2019Updated to Flyme 7.1.1.0G Update file need to be downloade... morei got OTA update to Flyme 7.1.1.0G android 7. malaysia set. you need to reset the phone after updates, it not, some apps will force close sometimes. so far good working, battery drain fast if on 4g network,but 4g signal is very good even in weak 4g signal area.

                                        Updated to Flyme 7.1.1.0G
                                        Update file need to be downloaded manually from meizu official website, file size ±1.4GB
                                        Mine have some small issue on permission, have to set manually from setting-apps-permission, the pop up when prompting for permission not working for my case, have to set it manually. It is a good phone so far.
                                        Rear camera is not tuned to its finest, warmer colour and in some case slightly darker than it should.
