iPhoneish interface but the screen is very good quality adn bright enough. As well as camera and everything whatever it is. You can put any other launcher if you do not like the launcher. But I am even not iPohne user but I liked the phone a lot and this is in my line of buying.

Launched in private chain in Israel. Screen looks realy sharp. Won't replace my good old SGII though, Iphonish interface.

I have had this phone for more than 1 month,great display,very good camera,audio quality (it has wolfson audio chip.Sound quality is very good(better then iphone 5 but not awesome as sgs3..)battery lasts 1.5 day normal usage with juicedefender is on.i had some drop calls issues before but now i dont have anything.Flyme OS is very nice and eye candy modification and i can say its much better then stock android..it has appdrawer as a default homepage like iphone 5 so you dont have to switch between widgets or apps which is very handy.Meizu has own its appcenter where you can download themes and modifications but sadly only chinese users can buy paid apps.FlymeOS supports rooting by itself!!
There is 2 problems which bothers me very much,
1-Phone gets extremely hot during recharging and if wifi and display is on during recharges,you cannot hold it
2-is data transfer speed from pc to the phone thru usb cable.when copying files from pc to phone,copy speed drops to 0kb and windows 8 disconnects phone,so this makes file transfers fail.i cannot transfer anytthing using pc.i have mac which it works fine with so but on the mac transfer speeds is not stable.it sometimes reach 20mb/s but sometimes drop to 0kb and holds it there for 1 min.i think this problem is only on this phone not other meizu mx2 sets.Anyway,if i havent had 2nd issue,i would be extremely happy with this phone.Now i am jsut happy

Dial *#*#6961#*#* in stock dialer and in Settings-Accessibility you will see Apps, Battery, Developer options (more options). There you'll see Stay awake, see if that's the problem.
Really dunno dude, please describe how this behaviour evolved over time.

Aside from the above complaint, the MEIZU MX2 is a great smartphone at a realistic price.

Just one little problem... It's dualband :/ I think that no one makes dualband anymore, so besides that it's perfect to me. (maybe a sd card would be interesting too)

I have one, and live in Switzerland. I did not tried long time yet but it's a solid product it feels like an iPhone in my hands. For what I tried it's like a fusion between iphone and android, keeping the good design from Apple and having the awesomeness of the Android.

Your not saying Apple never tried to sue Samsung or LG over the design despite the fact that IPhone uses Samsung chipsets and LG digitization? It's a quad core so gamers/developers, depending on their stillsets shouldn't have problems
