I like the mx4 pro for the fi... moreIMO, both phones are good so it's a matter of your budget. If you can spare the extra cash I'd say go for the pro... the little extra stuff it has (scanner, 1GB RAM more, QHD, Audio chip, Sapphire glass on the rear camera,NFC 5mp on front and bit more battery worth the money.
by no means standard MX4 is bad. As you said the performance is higher and I love using it, but you won't see any difference in performance with PRO.

Actually, the Basemark OS 2 / Basemark X scores are incorrect. My scores are: 860~ at balanced mode for the OS 2, and the following for performance mode:
Basemark OS 2: 1000 (overall score)
Basemark X: 16889 (at default - medium quality benchmark)
So, this definitely needs some correction.

Should I get mx4 or mx4 pro?
I like the mx4 pro for the fingerprint but compared to the mx4, mx4 speed is better. Mx4 pro also has a 5mp front camera while mx4 has 2mp. Mx4 pro has 3gb of ram while the mx4 has 2gb of ram.

Anonymous, 09 Jan 2015Antutu benchmark marks it above note 4 I know. Mine hits ~50k. It's the other benchmarks I am talking about and I don't know why they mark it so low, but I guess something is not right in the tests since every game or anything else I tested my phone with runs without any lag.

2.How is The Screen in Su... moreI'm using this phone for over a month now and I can tell you, that you can enjoy all games in high details without any lag.
It has NO NFC. The pro version has NFC but this one doesn't, and I don't know why people keep thinking it has.
The screen is awesome and you can easily see it everywhere even in sunlight.I don't know if the other friend posted about the brightness has a prob on his phone but I usually keep it around 50% all day unless I'm outdoors where the sun hits the phone directly. The thing that I found is that the auto mode of brightness doesn't work that well but I think this will be solved with a new Flyme update... they make lots of them so don't worry.
With MX4 you will get only a charger and a usb cable.. no headphones so you have to buy them. In my opinion buy good ones cuz the quality of the sound is really good and you will enjoy it only with good headphones. If I can suggest any, that would be Xiaomi Pistons 2... for their price (like 10 euros) they have excellent quality.
Viber works without any problems.

The tests posted do not represent the phone and its capabilities at all... this phone handles everything superb without any lag in high details. I don't believe that the benchmarks show its true power, and to be honest I don't know why they mark him so low, lower for example than Xiaomi Mi3??? Let's be serious.

2.How is The Screen in Su... moreYou might be disappointed with the screen brightness set anything below 95%.
It's a software problem but when you drop the screen brightness down it goes dim fast. Even set at 80% it looks like less than 40%. That's why in the review they couldn't even give numbers for 50% brightness. It really kills the experience. Hope Meizu fixes it fast if not already.
