I'm not an expert in smartphones, but I'm very fussy about my daily driver, it's had to perfect. None of the phones is perfect, Meizu MX4 is not perfect, just my best ever daily driver. Not even the latest Meizu models could compete with MX4, in my opinions. I tried many branded smartphones, still Meizu MX4 is my choice.

This is the best phone I ever used... Price, spec, camera... No others phones can compete, not even MX4 Pro. Not even a phone is perfect. I had 4 units of Meizu MX4. No regret. Just keep stock, price when down so cheap. Unbelievable price now..

Simcard problem. Already insert simcard, but system tell no simcard. Camera is OK.

The screen to body ratio is amazing. The screen is wide, and the navigation button is outside the screen. Even today only much bigger phone can get such a wide screen. I don't understand why other manufacturers do not make screens with such ratio.

Anonymous, 13 Oct 2016Agree, the biggest drawback would be the front camera quali... morefront camera is ok, clarity is very good, dynamic range is good, its fix focus is good, photo clear all the way, and even better you can do manual mode on front camera, setting up shutter speed, iso,etc. way better than many midrange phone with 5mp front cam. the only drawback is low light quality......................same as rear camera..i guess that is the limit of the old camera sensor..

kiki, 14 Jan 2017did the battery arrived ? Cause I have the same problemyeah.same issue here. totally satisfied with the phone performance. the only problem here is my battery worn out. hard to find replacement for the battery.

for those who has this phone..stay on kitkat..dont upgrade it to lollipop..flyme 4/5/6 lollipop eating too much ram,multitasking is impossible, i tried them all. now i am sticking with the final kitkat version flyme 4.2. 8.2I, multitasking is flawless. either stick to kitkat or buy a newer phone.

spec high midship level.. price at entry level.. rm299 buy at lazada.. its not have memory expand.. buy for that price, no phone can reach thats spec..

I just bought Meizu MX4 and it doesn't have any battery out of box so I charge it but then it only go until 80% then like it stop charging.

i was waiting for this phone to arrive, so what is your impression for this phone? i bought it online because it was deadly cheap right now (32gb ver.) and i am planning to give my current zenfone 2 laser to my brother after this phone arrive. the newer meizu m5 price is slightly higher than the old mx4 but i decided to go with the old mx4 because it uses sony sensor for the camera. i guess MTK6595 will perform better than SD410 inside zenfone 2 laser.

A little bit dissapointed for this phone..when i play online game, CPU is very hot..and when upgrade the sofware my theme is lost..no theme app and wallpaper...but im stisfied for the screen resolution,speaker and camera superbb!!!
Please fix the problem..

the worse phone ever. i bought it it's been a month and it came defective. they refused to change claiming that i caused the problem!!
i don't recommend it to anyone!!!1
