I know, almost 100% MMX A100 users have a new issue daily and the PCB/ Motherboard has manufacturing fault (which is done by china company K-Touch) & that's why dull MMX service centres can't repair it. If you wish to give it a try, I can 200% assure that all your money will be gone. Better, think about branded companies, like Sony, Samsung, Moto etc.

I have been using this phone MICROMAX A100 for the last one and half month. No major problems have been encountered. I am quiet satisfied with this phone. it has definitely given me value for money.

Raj, 16 Oct 2012Dear all, I bought MMX A100 for Rs.9300 (incl 8GB card) at ... moreI bought micromax A100 in august the phone was having heating,hanging problem and just after one month of usage phone got flashed/dead automatically. There is problem of platform in this phone,they have to replace motherboard of my phone,so you are advised to show it service center and don't do any home remedy. Most of the MM A100 buyers suffered the same problem of phone heating/hanging & flashing of ROM.

compared to MM100,
sony xeria tipo has
1)less internal memory.
2)No secondary camera for video call.
3)Less processor speed..
4)less screen size.
5)less batry backup.
6)less megapixel camera
7)no led flash to camera.
So no comparison. Performance going gud since 1.5 months for me.
Get MM 100. Superb...
(except camra clearity, but beter than sony xperia tipo.)
if u use MM 100 u wont touch sony xperia tipo.

Magnificent! This phone is cool with such large screen, It can support best quality games and With a 5mp camera it's quality is just fantastic

Hi guys,
I bought this phone about a month back... the battery seems to die in two 5 min calls and the gsm signal comes for 5 mins and disappears for 2... which in turn means constant dropped calls and the phone being unavailable all the time, according to a lot of ppl calling me.
Is this happening to anyone else? Or is it an isolated issue that Im facing with my piece (something that a replacement would fix)
What are your views on the battery and the cellular reception?
