The Service is the worst service in the world if we go to local service centre they say we send the hand set to Bangalore if we call to tollfree they will it will take 7 days to repair the handset i now hearing it for the 7th time 7 days 7*7. Worst service. PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS dont Buy any micromax product

the repair of micromax c-115 phone is not rectified by the company after taking 45 days in service centre. they people are not able to deal with their valued customer. the internal parts - mother board (Mobile of other customer) of phone changed, but some more problems are seen. even repeated mails sent to them, no body is ready to solve the issue taken by me.

Very very bad products and there service is very very bad as compaired to other service providers.
Please be ware of Micromax product as I am facing the issue with Micromax A100 mobile since purchased it.Service Centers are very horrible, they don't care about users.

Thanx all guys..... I am on the verge of purchasing Micromax mobile. But now I will never ever buy Micromax product in my life after reading your valuable views. Poor service & hence useless.....

Worst mobile and company both..
Visit their service station nearest in your town.. you will see crowd and complain in all model of Micro Max..
I lost screen of my handset Canvas 2 in just short period of 2 months after purchase and went to Service Station at Udhana Bus Stop - Surat...They are not ready to take complain as lot of pending cases with them finally they took my handset & replied to come back after minimum 25 days and after lot of follow up i had got my hand set after 2 months...After reparing by service center now my handset lost lot of features and unable to access many features ...
Even service man respond badly and replied that who advice you to buy Micro Max...
Never buy any Micro Max model as company itself not ready for provide good service..
You may find cheaper in initial phase but in long term big loss..

i own a micromax A100, its power key failed and had given it 4 repair in service cntr @ Trichy. even after 25 days they are not able to service it. the service centre blames micromax for not providing spares.also they do not when they would get the spares. how long is the down time on micromax products?

Very bad product dont buy micromax .. it not max but mini you say micromini
Its cheap screen has touch issues go fr samsung or nokia

Never buy a micromax , They dont care after sell the product.. i have very worst experience with them, friends dont waste mney.
If u need further clarrification call customer service, they wont answer you..
But samsung will ask yur problem and they will call back yu with in 24 hours with proper solution...Trust me.

Canvas A100 has an internal card issue which makes it hanged up frequently, bad service.

they build good phones and best among non branded but if around 3 out of 10 pieces have problems which they do not care about.otherwise great phones.worst service.if u have luck u will get good phone or else ur money gone. i would recommend lumia 520

bad experience with service center . my mobile is at service center from last 15 days , problem not get resolved yet .they didn't answer the phone calls. simple answer they give is don't know whenever its get repair will inform you

I have given for replacement of Power key of my A100 Mobile with reference No. 504018908134941612 on 16/8/2013 but still it is not rectified. When I enquired about my hand set on 27/08/2013 they are telling we have not received the part and we don’t know when it will be reaches. for anything contact with company. Please tell me what the Min TAT to replace Power key
