in some aspect ur right...bt in some facts u r wrong...let me explain it
In TV
LED tvs are Led lit lcd ie. In lcds they use small cfl like lights,while in Led they use the same lcd pannel but lited by LED either at edges or back of the pannel....
In Mobile
Sony uses Led back lit lcd....while AMOLED technology is different...it uses small pixels as an individual lights.....thats y if there r some black colour in Amoled screen,there is no light at all at that point.....get my point as if there r 480*800=384000 pixels n only one white pixel is liting then other 383999 will nt b lited..in Amled screen if u saw it at an angle close to 180' then it will b observed as complete dark black and no light at that point, bt if u do that in lcd u'll get faded black n light coming from edges....contras in Amoled screens are much more than any lcd even better than retina display of iphone....just google it u.ll get al the details abt that......no AMOLED tv in market till date....just LG hs shown the world's first AMOLED TV few days back.........im not telling that lcds are bad, im telling the truth that AMOLED screens are better.

AnonD-69556, 02 Sep 2012Thanks bro for giving me this valuable information about di... morejaved i want to share a thing wiyh you perhaps it may help you.last year i wanted to purchase a 42" lcd and i went to sony world store the sales executive advised methat i should go for led instead of lcd,and led model was 15 k higher than lcd,i just asked him why should i go for led?he told me that led has better display quality than lcd.actually thats not true in fact led is a lcd panel if we use led lamp instead of ccfl then they called it led.led lamp just provide you higher brightness that's it actually these are the market gimmick and companies make people fool.same thing happen with mobiles.so just do not confuse with marketing,you just see samsung s3 and wave 2 you will not find much difference in terms of display quality if you play any movie whis is of 400*800 resolution.

AnonD-65362, 02 Sep 2012It is better to stick on with established companies than wi... morei m not agree with you brother,because i was a big supporter of sony, i have two mobiles but both sets gave me pain,even after 3 or 4 services problem could not be solved,there was one after one issue.i think 2day we find new thing every second day,technology is changing very fast so why we should waste our money on expensive brands because they will be outdated after few months.

AnonD-69556, 02 Sep 2012Thanks bro for giving me this valuable information about di... moreBROTHER samsung wave 2 and MMX A100 both have same resolutio of 400*800,wave 2 has lcd and a100 has tft screen,both have 16million colors feature,wave 2 has 3.7" screen and a100 has 5" screen.
the only difference is of pixel density wave 2 has 252 ppi and a100 has 187 ppi.
so a100 has almost same display quality even better than wave 2.

I have ordered the A100. I liked it really nice one...Good job MMX.
Just want to highlight that we need to trust Indian Companies & respect the users they are targeting. What will you get in 10K if you go for any brand or phone. MMX A100 got all which is possible in the price range.

javed you can go for a100 without any doubt its video and display quality will not disappoint you it has resolution of 480*800 which is good in its price range.people thinks that ammoled display is better than tft but most of them don't know its techenical specification,AMOLED displays provide higher refresh rates,An AMOLED display consists of an active matrix of OLED pixels that generate light (luminescence) upon electrical activation that have been deposited or integrated onto a thin film transistor (TFT) array, which functions as a series of switches to control the current flowing to each individual pixel.AMOLED displays may be difficult to view in direct sunlight compared with LCDs because of their reduced maximum brightness.
it may be difficult for you to understand above mentioned things.in short there is not a big difference between the display of lcd and ammoled screen.only resolution matters and 480*800 is good resolution under 10k.go for a100

guys just couple of weeks back i bought Micromax A75 by watchin all reviews on youtube uploaded by igyaan.but my all wishes gone fail wen that cell came in my hand. video quality is too bad 264k that i never experienced B4. it was very difficult to sell also.
guys I am looking for andriod dual sim handset with 16M color display under RS:10000 budjet. please suggest me.
further MMX a100 has the same specification as I mentioned above.brothers Please tell me video quality of this cell phone. is it really good as samsung wave3?
or else I will waste mony to purchase this sell phone. kindly Reply me as soon as possible brothers...

Just 10 days before i got about micromax a100 while checking funbook ,pro ; Nw within 10 days i 'll buy this phone .!
i need only single sim and all its features with large screen, but it gives dual sim support too .. See u people after buying this pda :- K ?
