Hi,
I bought Canvas 2 in Jan and now stating having problem with touch screen.which is get unresponsive suddenly.after battery pull out,it was working fine some days before but since two days it still unresponsive,any solution? is this touch screen problem or software?

Dear All
Please think before buying it , most important thing is, Micromax never treat us as customer when we email or call them, no proper customer satisfaction for me, when i report a problem i called them 20 time , i have to wait in call and it get disconnect automatically without any reason, and no reply for emails. if your buying keep in mind you are buying @ your own risk

Dear All
i am using A110 for past three months, i don't find any issues, but have few issues in phone by default in memory allocation, we have two kernal versions of phone one is March 12 and second is Oct 2012, problem is one in March 12 has 1 GB internal memory , where as second version has 2 GB , i purchased second version , where i cannot move a installed app to external SD card , it has only two option either move to internal storage or Internal SD, so i went to service center where i got Jelly bean update , jelly bean is really cool i could able to see improved performance during surfing, but problem is now i have 1 GB internal storage, service center guys does not know how is it possible, i sent several email to Micromax , no response from them . think before do any update as well as buying , you have to compromise on internal storage, in spec it is shown as 4GB internal storage and user availability is 2 GB , but we are getting only one GB, if you got 2 GB then you have to compromise on moving installed to external SD card.

dial *#*#3646633#*#*
will take u to engineer mode.
Get to audio, last column.
Change Max vol to 150.
This will fix it and u can use which ever ringtone u like.

I'm getting a burning smell from canvas 2,not really burning but a weird smell so is it commom or not

Its a good phone.. however there are a couple of drawbacks which i have encountered. One, the space bar in the keyboard is very close to the home button, so, while touching the space bar, if you go little lower, everything closes, and comes the home screen. Two, the built-in-speaker is very low in volume. Its bearly audioble when it rings. I had to choose a very loud ringtone, to be able to notify. Three, there is no swipe keyboard by default. I had to install it, and now i'm loving it.
