The worst Mobile phone I have ever seen. Service is also very poor. The Problem started since beginning of purchase.
1. Charging of Battery does not work & later on the problem detected that it was motherboard .
2. Company change Mother board but againg problem comes.
2. Micromax service is very poor.

Guyz i m using this phone since last 10months their is no hanging issue gta vice city n all other games are working fine service is good in bilaspur (attar services) thankyou micromax for this awesome phone and some buddies are saying about battery backup 2 minute silence for them bcoz android phones in this range gives backup of only 5-6 hour but if i use my phone continuously it returns me backup of minimum 15 hour

Very very very very very goooooood service center.
Actually my Canvas 2 phone's touch screen digitizer glass had broken. Then i gone to Guntur service center and they replaced it with in 15 min with the exactely correct price of 2000/-
I really experienced a great user friendly and very responsive in Service center.

almost all micromax phone have battery defects.
my phones battery swollen after use of 3 months only.
no further service is provided by them.all warranty offered are fake.
not a single micromax phone works after one year.
please guys dont trust such brands . i suffered alot.
