It’s really suffering ... morebhai you should log in akosha.com... pay them only 500 bucks. they will issue you a complaint num... your prob will get resolved in 7 days guranteed..... i did the same n got a new micromax a117 and 10000 compensession.........if any one have any custumer service related issue then you can just find akosha.com............just take a chance i swear u wont get disappointed

i'm using this for 2 years.......it went through water everything but still its working....gods grace.....................i like it .............camera is nice..................................................

Emotional Atyachar of Micromax!!!!!
It’s really suffering from an emotional atyachar after buying Micormax Canvas Juice A177, which I have bought on 6th April 14 from Jungpura and started facing problem from the same day in its touch panel. When i contact the dealer next day he told me that it’s a small software problem which would rectify after reinstallation and suggest me to consult at their service center.
When I visited their service centre on16th of April 14 at S.R. Comm Near Hanuman Mandir, Govindpuri their executives told me that there is problem in touch panel and when i asked for the phone replacement they told me that replacement period was over by 3 days
Then I submitted my phone with job sheet no:-MMX240414980 and They committed me to repair it within 7 days, but till date i.e. over 15 days I have not received my Handset and service provider treat me arrogantly and saying you can go to consumer court. They are not even ready to tell me how long they will take it to repair, which may extend up to several months. I think they intend to keep it with them for more time. What should I do? Suggest me something to resolve my problem
Every time I visit the service centre there are at least 2-3 similar cases in particular with sets like software problems , touch screen issues, hardware is pathetic and purely Chinese.
I think Micromax has done lot of research in deciding its logo, which is a punch of consumer face after having their products

buy this one without thinking twice best ever smartfone in this range. much much better than hot selling samsung.

Only my camera has no focus at all n gives blurr images at times
Flash is very bad
Is dere any way to adjust d focus of d camera ????
phone is awesome ,camera is good with hd recording.all andorid phones battery back up is same.my canvas take 1hrs-15mints for fully charged.and it goes 12 hrs avareage of battery back up. over all i am satified this phone,no hanging problem faced yet now.

this phone is really awesome. i am using it since an year. 3G browsing is superb. No hanging problems at all. i recommend MICROMAX smartfones to my friends

I am using micromax canvas 2 plus since last six months but now I am facing serious battery issues. Phone's backup does not last for more than 5 hours.. it is still in warrenty period. Will a replacement will be provided in such case. or battery i mean??

i am facing battery related issues with this phone...my battery got drained in 5 hours since its warrenty over....and the worst custemer service......never buy any micro product
