i given my mobile -kodambakkam-chennai on 11.11.13 till date they are not servicing.every week a msge will come like your mobile will be repaired within a week.within another one hour another msege will come like ur phone is ready pl come and collect.when u go that service center -check point person will tell not yet repaired pl come after a week.this is repeated for me 3 times.they are cheating the customers.one of the worst i hd ever seen.if this service center manager was not thrown this shop will be fired by customers.do not go to koddambakkam center and micromax phones.never do the mistake if u do u will feel.

Try to reinstall your mobile OS, I think that you have a Jelly bean Official OS. Or repair your sim socket.

Don't go always to Service Centre, they demand more money depending person talking, So please talk them very intelligently and tell them that it doesn't cost that much, and scare them that i will talk to your boss then they will talk correctly or leave them.
Remember that this is not phone problem because i also have that problem some times then i restarted phone and PC and changed PC's USB socket then it worked perfectly. And I Reinstalled the PC's OS i think its not necessary.
Note: Insert the Cable perfectly.
Make sure that you have a 100% working USB cable.

Used it for more than 14 months, is running fine and is very smooth only one issue is with its battery which drains in every 10 hours, new battery is also not lasting more than 12 hours.

hey friend my phone canvas 2 shows the battery is too low and i connected the carger after some while it shows the battery is over temperature please remove it after some second the phone shutdowns and i start again it shows different battery percentage

Hey man.
It's simple, you should be using either Windows 7 or Windows 8 in order to detect you smartphone, because Windows XP is too old fashion :D

Dear Frds,
Hello all 1st off wishing u all happy new year 2014
Friends my issue is that i am not able to connect my mobile to computer its not detecting in computer when i connect it keeps charging like how it charges when it is plugged into current to charge. i am not able to transfer anything from my mobile to computer when i want to do so i need to remove the card from mobile and use it through card reader to transfer from computer, i have checked on other computer too but same problem. charging port is working good becoz recently got it fixed with new one from micromax service center for Rs900, after that i am not able to connect to the computer to transfer its not detecting when i went back to service center those guys started telling that motherboard is gone u got change it and it costs around 7000-8000 RS so i was totally shocked bcoz my mobile is working totally fine no other issue other than its not detecting in computer but in service center those guys are telling i need change the motherboard right now i am not in stage to spend that much amount also so guess here i am requesting u all to kindly help me out in fixing my problem i am very much interested in to upgrade my mobile to the Roms which are present in xda forum but to do that my mobile should detect in computer 1st so please kindly help me frds
Data Cable is fine no issue with it

for sri Lankans if Micromax is saying they cant fix a fault of your phone dont believe them. ask them to give it in writing. threaten to complain to consumer affairs authority. they will fix your phone in a week. for 6 months they told me there is no fix for GPS problem. but when I threatened to complain to CAA they fixed it. Micromax has worst after sale service.
guys having GPS problem, Micromax can fix it they just don't want to.
