given 4 repair on 03/10/2013 not repaired yet today 06/12/2013
giving no reason for it giving non working tel no 4 complaint sent 22 e mails to co on their site no one is responding do not buy mmx product as no after salse service

worst battery back up. As per specifications 180hrs standby time but actually battery(personal experience) exhaust in 12 hours in stand by mode.

Battery back up is very poor.50-60 % battery exhaust in 8 hours in stand by mode

I called micro-max service center that any higher update from jb 4.1.1 for canvas 2 a110,they told me yes 4.2 is available and when my phone version is updated by service center what i saw still i have the same version 4.1.1 they told me "sir we have only 4.1.2" version available then i told but my phone showing jb 4.1.1 then again they told me that "sir available version is only 4.1.1 in this service center".What the hell is this I lost my all data

Worst Phone. My Canvas's screen flicker and they replaced it. Now (just after 8 days of repairing) shut down even at 70% or 80% battery and when restated it shows battery as 1%. some time it will not even start.
in last one month mobile stayed at service center for 25 days and 5 days with me.
I have recommended this mobile to my 7 friend and they bought it. Now please Don't buy it...

good phone. average performance, for rs.9500 this is ok.
720p video is running and only high end games not running
but remaining temple run. subway surfer, angry birds, air attack and all running good. clarity is ok

Most horrible experience with service centre...got in trouble ...these guys r mad bulldogs that shout Alcott n work less...not even fan in service centre...worst experience

my worst experience on a mobile is canvas 2. I got attracted to the price and now iam paying a heavy price for bad customer service. service centre makes u run around.
