I had purchased phone in the month of Jan,2013. After using for 2/3 months I found that functions are extremely slow and some time take minutes to open the application. Not worth buying.

“ I have bought a Micromax A110 about 6 months back & suddenly the touch pad didn’t work while I was working recently. So I took it to Micromax service center because this happened during the warranty period. So they have dismantle the mobile & showed some corroded parts saying that due to my sweat, a liquid damage has been occurred which surprised me because the water indicator shows there is no liquid leakage in the mobile. Hence they have voided my warranty & informed me it will cost around SLR.6500/- which is like quarter the price I bought the mobile. For me it is okay If the damage occurred because of any liquid except sweat because it is obvious that when you use a mobile phone, It touches sweat. I clearly felt that Micromax uses just steel parts which corrodes easily. So that they can void the warranty sooner it got corroded saying your sweat has gone inside & claim money from their clients unreasonably. Moreover if you are buying a Micromax mobile specially read the warranty conditions first. Because as per their warranty conditions, even if a dust touches the mobile, they have right to void the warranty. I feel I would have bought a Chinese mobile from the street for the money I spent for this worthless Micromax phone because at least their after sale service is much better than Micromax after sale service. “

I bought canvas 2 in April and after 15days its speaker got damaged and then its charging problem.service centre kept it for more than two month and after two months service centre cheated me and give an another phone by saying that it is a new phone.but when I took it into home it got a problem again.every half an hour its sim get deactivated then a person who call me msg me.I haven't received all of this.when I restart my mobile the sim again gets activate. I went to service centre for this problem but they say that the previous job sheet is not close yet.the service centre which I give my mobile for repair is closed and the job sheet is from rajasthan .friends understand my problem.I need your help plzzz give me some suggestion to solve my problem

1way-hard reset
Warning- reset will remove all your data
-Before you do hard reset your smartphone is better if you remove SIM and Memory Card
Instructions-
*Turn Off your phone-using the power button/In case you are not able to - you can remove the battery and insert it again.
*PRESS and HOLD the Volume up (+), volume down (-) and power keys at the same time until the screen show the two options
*You will get 2 option [Recovery mode and Factory mode],press the volume up (+) to select the Recovery mode
*then you get a list of options,if you can't see a list press the home button after sometime.In recovery mode you will see several options like wipe data/ factory
reset,backup user data / restore user data, apply updates etc
*use volume up (+) and down keys (-) to navigate the options,select "wipe data/ factory reset".Press(touch) the MENU button to select option(for confirmation)
*After factory reset, phone will reboot automatically.or select reboot device
