With this price this is brilliant phone. Sound quality is brilliant with amp player. Touch is cmooth, Video quality is HD. Camera is also very good 8mp. Battery is taking 4 to 5 hours to get charged. Excellent browsing on 2G network. Nokia and Samsung shame on you. Keeping a brnad name with high prices can get you the loyal customer base. Micromax is like Indian Maruti. Satisfying all needs with less price and durability. yes rooting this phone is still a problem. hope it will get resolved asap

So it is up to ur retail dealer for giving warranty if service center not available in ur area .call micromax care gurgaon for any help .
