canvas 2 is better only for its cost but service center is too poor including in Bangalore...den think about towns.so never go to micromax...

@Yahfar and @aryan ...try this for recovery problem
Download ROM manager .... from play store ..
Click on flash clockwork mod recovery
Then u will see message on screen. " recovery for a110
is not available"
Click option... select Micromax a70 from the list
Download and flash ..recovery of Micromax a70
Go to Mobile uncle tools, select recovery update, select
ur cwm file(recovery.img), flash it.. voila

This cell contains so many features.. absolutely gud to use.. Was using this mobile for last 7mnths.. its so gud..

hi friends. my brother used my canvas2 and he did something. nw i m unable to go cwm recovery or stock recovery, when ever i entering this cwm or stock reci\overy it formatting automatically its not coming cwm menu. what i do nw? any idea about this without flashing using pc i can enter into cwm mode? nw i m in custom rom g2s. if i flash with pc i can flash or not bcs i m not in official rom waiting for ur answer?

micromax canvas 2 is a awesoms phone....i bought in feb...camera quality is so gud.....n price is micromax so gud compare at every phone....function n facilites is so gud....

when i conect the charger to my canvas 2 a110,then all the conections will get turnd off and switches to flight mode atomatically and all the options on the home will get functioned automatically....whatz the prblm 4 this?can any 1 plz healp me

i aim trying to updated jellybean from xda... moreI had also same problem do as follows
If u have stock ROM v2 ( sp tools flashable ) ..then open sp tool from extracted folder ... select scatter loading file from stock ROM v2 folder. . then.., go to Options and Click USB Mode so that it is enabled. Click options again and then go to DA Download All > Speed and finally select High....now in sp tool window ... untick all files except "RECOVERY' ... ( only tick recovery )... then ..Click the Download option (present on the right of Firmware > Upgrade option) ... u will get warning simply press OK or continue.... now the flash tool will start looking for your phone... Connect your phone now. The Flash Tool will start the flashing process, ... After the process completes, a green ring will appear on your device..with PASS message.. disconnect phone...now .. start the phone.. U will get stock recovery ...now using mobileuncle tools flash CWM recovery... again.. that's it...

Hi heartstoler,
i aim trying to updated jellybean from xda forum and followed the instructions but iam not able to get into recovery mode...
when i press vol up+vol down+power button it comes to factory reset mode and recovery mode, but when i press vol up button my phone comes to the welcome screen of android so it is working like a factory reset for me.
Kindly help.
