I would like to ask 1 question to the manufacturer, why this phone gets lag and only after getting lock and unlock this lags goes?. If they having any answer for this pls provide us.
This defect causing effect on the popularity of this awsome handset.

Its a very good phone if u compare the features it provides. The cost to satisfaction ratio is very good. I have bought the mobile around one month back, and till date have no issues with it what so ever. It has amazing touch screen, amazing display, Good camera, and the battery backup is also very good. There are no lagging or heating issues with the handset i got. So its a good choice if u want a all in one package for less price. I would recommend to go for it.

hi...buoght canvas 2 plus 1mon back...i happy wit it bt facing a prob wit storage only app can be saved not audio n music...is it ok?? plus der a little hang problem from starting..it hangs n have to lock it to resume...even problem in playing videos and certain app. Plz help

when m click on front camra option. it dosnt work and hang also...
when m again opn camera it show an ERROR....."Can't connect to the camera"....

Regarding after sale mmx is so bad. There is complaints.
And regarding lumia prob its not his fault. And still internet is not connecting.
If you r too concerned about aftersale go for samsung or any big brands. May be you will not get this much details for 10k.

Bloody hell. please don't buy this phone ever. i bought this phone and within two months 2 sim of the phone is not working. there are also service center here in Vadodara.

It's no to your question. The os of this phone is not upgradeable. only rumour says yes to it, but not the company itself.
But you can root the device with the higher os, if available in future.

Also mind the after-sale-support.
As you said, your friend get the replacement first and then the repaired at second time. Don't you think that only he get the phone dameged twice, may be his fault. But he gets the service.
Micromax is good in price and feature but its after sale service support is no where.
I mailed micromax and get the reply after a week, and I mailed the sony and get the reply after a couple of hours.
Other wise my next suggestion is XPERIA M (for about 12500).

firstly i just a regular guy not a techie or a mobile geek and this review is for all the regular guys who are just confused whether or not to buy a micromax phone and especially this one. i jus got this phone two days ago and i was suspicious too but considering i already used two micromax mobiles i went for it, i think i made a good decision the phone works perfectly no lags no glitches occasional glitches are common with apps running for the first tym but open them twice or thrice and thell run smoothly, as for the specs u can get that in any website. handson experience was perfect quite smooth and fast,
pros:
1 faster processor
2 more idle ram meaning good for multitasking
3 subtle screen
4 the build quality is too good if it wasnt for the logo any body would believe its a premium branded phone
5 the ear phones are also quite good and the amount of clarity is also better than other contemporaries
cons:
1 loudspeaker out put is very low if u dont use vibration u might miss calls and notifications
2 poor low light imaging if u are looking for a good camera this phone is not 4 u
3 the dual leds emit purple light and image noise is also high
overall experience is very good id say its better than canvas hd and xolo800 as i have compared it with my friends
guys dont worry that its a mobile from not a premium brand go for it and ull change ur opinion. all the best
