good but is hanging too much the service centre also not taking responsiblity they take 1 month to repair the cell plz improve the service for ur sake

I have on mobile A116.the mobile is working properly but only charging problem.if mobile is Switch On than mobile not charging and if switch off than charging is working.
i already visit in mangalore service center.they said no solution for this.

Not good as compared in price of this range bcoz the camera quality is bad its clear only if we hold without moving and no OS upgrade on phone itself

Best mobile i ever used. i am using micromax canvas hd for 2 years now. no problem in handset. it's just so amazing. canvas hd rocks!

Iam using micromax a116 for last 6months...i am going to tell my worst experiences with micromax service centre.firstly my phone got trouble in menu options then i met service centre then they took it for one month to repair and after repairing they returned.but after in one week again my phone got troubled...and again they took my phone for another one month....and this time they replaced my screen but the sxreen quality is very bad.and service of microxmax is very bad...which should be the must wanted thing we should consider when we are buying the smart phones...so i dont recomend micromax mobiles until they provide good servicecenters

I've been using this phone for two years now and it has served me well. It has proved to be a great value for money. The camera is amazing and I don't recall encountering any problems at all. Even now, it is in a condition to last long. Great phone with great value for money.

nitin, 17 Dec 2014But how to do this....Best option is to go to service centre. You can also try rooting and upgrading yourself with any ROM which is supported by it, if your warranty has expired. But that's at your own risk.
