Magnet Dadar (West), Mumbai-28 , within 7 days the handset was facing many issues, like the handset was not charging at all , also the handset was freezing …as I was working ,as I was working, could not go within 7 day to return the handset…I went to this same store regarding the issues I was facing with the handset however I had gone on the 8th day 21st May 2013, as I inform the store about the issue they did not believe and made me wait in the store to check whether there is any issue regarding the battery not charging as they understood there is a concern they did not change the handset but change the battery …
Later 28 May, I had to visit the store as the handset was completely dead, the store people inform me that they had to send the handset to the service centre, I agreed, they did not have any loan phone, I was still fine and completely co operated with them, I was informed that I will get the handset within 10 days however after continuous visit and calls to the store I finally got the handset back on 21 June 2013, in a very shabby manner, the handset was looking like its been used since 1 year,
Just to bitter my experience further, on 26th June 2013 I had to visit the store as the Middle touch of the handset was not working.then after 1 month they replace my mobile within 7 days i put my cell on charging then burning smell come from mobile then i unplugged charge n separate battery n handset
this time i directly went to Mahavir electronic that is service center and the experience was worst after lot of explanation they take my cell. after one day i came to know my old log was not close by magnet, again i called magnet person he took mahavir electronic's person number from me then after no reply from magnet and mahavir electronic. really i am very much frustrated of the magnet person (amit)
It has been a pathetic, horrible, unacceptable experience I purchase the handset on 13th April 2013 however I have not use the handset at all ..
Now also the handset is send back to the service center ..

any one using ths cell can u tel hw is ths handset? i heard that its spare parts r nt available in service centres. . shld i go fr other branded handsets or buy ths mobile?

canvas hd is a very gud device . itts battery is very god .it spends 7 hours on net continusly .very good touch . the phne is upgrade to 4.2 jb then the phone works good

I brought this mobile one wek befor from flipkart as it is giving for low cost, its worth for the money. I brought micromx funbook befor one year back its still working in gud condition. It made me to buy this phone. Its having wonderful feturs which u can read from websites... only drwback i felt is white panel... which is hving a rubber like coting, if u r a bachelor and u r cooking ur food, take care of ur mobile, which wil become yellow color, m planning to change the cover. Then its phone storage is very low. But u can adjust with internal sd card. Battery s fine but dnt knw aftrwrds. I read bot bad quality of mmx servc centr, even its look like a local servixe center which gave me a gud service for my mmx 3g data card within mentioned date... m personaly fine with mmx... using mmx for 1yer better than using costly mobile for 2year...

Microamx HD**m using since 6 months no issue Working great im using idea sim On 2g it is performing well ;; i havent try 3G if any one know Idea Apn setting pls reply ....i have updated 4.2 jb no issue on my 8Gb sd card all app can able to move sd now big issue resloved Thank god my review3.5ar out of 5 for mmx ...this is only phone which is beating grand now only the bad side
is service center though mmx doing well in sales they r not looking fr there after sales ....mmx service center is not standard one its like any local ASC ..i have very Bad EXP. in service if u r lucky enough too get nice handset ..if not then god can help u
With the god grace im still lucky ...if u want to try ur luck buy microamx canvas Hd
im writing mail to mmx delhi HQ for there Third class service as it takes 4 hrs to update and 3 days to find mmx service center

i have go throug servic center for update 4.2 and it not updated and statted blinking canvas hd canvas hd after this servic center man replase 4.2 to origanl 4.1 and i see my display colur and resolution is so dull and i m fad of pathetic service of micro max and still servvice center guy not able to resolve the issu they call me you have a hardware problem in your pc so we r unble to resolv.. anybody help me for get back my origan display colurs and resolution now day my canvas hd is look like only canvas no hd.

Hi,
Even I'm facing the battery issue after updating my phone to jelly bean 4.2.
When my phone has battery between 30 to 40% and when I restart the phone it shows low battery connect ur charger 15%.
This issue happens oly in jelly bean 4.2.
If you want to check this issue:
1- use the phone untill your battery drains(0%)
2- when ur phone is switched off charge the battery to 100%
3- switch on the phone n use the phone untill battery comes to 35-40%.
4- restart the phone n ul get the results.
NOTE: AFTER CHARGING THE BATTERY TO 100% DO NOT RESTART THE MOBILE IN MIDDLE UNTILL U REACH 35-40%.

Canvas hd is a very good smartphone and i am using it with pride but there is one problem, whenever screen is off data connection also used to be disconnected.So i am not able to download movies and all .please suggest me if there is setting that can keep data connection on when screen is off.

For int space: 2.77 GB only - If You want to play games like real racing, mc4, nova3, nfs mw then simply upgrade yor hone 4.2 the phone n swap int mem with ext sd card..all prob solved...n if you dont know how to upgrade your phone...btr stop using smartphone...
i,m using canvas a116 n all above games r running like butter without any lag in my upgraded canvas hd.Enjoyyy ...BE an true Indian...n Support Indian MMX n stop increasing economy of Koreans samsung.
