I have purchase new HD A116 on last month i.e. jun. IT IS good in clarity.
it is nice to look. but when i talk on phone some time i hear my voice to return me and i can't able to talk.after that i again connect to call.

you need to visit service center along with bill to update your phone to v4.2.1, which contains lot of changes along with "move to external storage".

thnx sopna but 2more right comment plc Samsung s does r some better than canvas HD in internet 2g & internet speed fast or slow after udtate to 4.2PLC ur right comment. I m waiting ur comment

there is difficulty in installing software for connecting my phone to PC as microsoft window XP did not find it correctly testified.

I have purchased Micromax Canvas HD on 31.05.13 from Diamond Mobiles – Pimpri –Pune wide invoice no 061.
Yesterday all of sudden display gone. Today I visited your authorised service centre “Sara Mobole Service- Pimpri”. He checked phone & declared that there is issue in LCD & will take at least one & half to 2 months. he added company is not supporting & providing spares parts timely , hence he has stopped to take any Micromax mobile for service.
I socked , last month I spend 13K & now someone is telling that it will take time , even phone is under warranty. When I called your customer care Delhi , I got second sock that your person was telling that :
1. Take your phone & come to same service centre after one week
2. Choose some another service centre
3. We will call you just after 5 minutes , but not turned up.
4.
Finally after long discussion ( 45 minutes) I have given my cell phone to Sara Mobile service for repair & got job sheet no. W030499-0713-4425292.
Now what I want , required to repair my cell phone within week’s time. If not please return my money back.
I will meet my lawyer to file case in consumer court also.
Service is worst for Micromax.
