can u tell me wat is rooti... moreRooting is just a way to access the internal memory. You'll be able to use external memory as internal memory after swapping which can be done only after rooting..
Who told u dat it is necessary to root the phone???
It will void ur warranty..
Just update ur phone to jelly bean 4.2.1 , after dat u can use ur external memory card as default memory. After update u can install all the applications to the external memory card by default. As well as all the data like Downloads,taken snaps(camera), bluetooth transfer files etc will be stored in external memory card by default..

Hey Preeti.. yeah u r r8, there is an issue wd bluetooth receiving files with phones.
Here is the solution,
1>Just "on the bluetooth" on both the devices,
2>set "visibility on" on both devices,
3>then u'll see the name of the device, from which u r trying to send file, on ur canvas hd,
4>then select that device (on canvas hd), then that'll show pairing and after that a prompt will come with "passkey" and option of "Pair", Select "Pair"
5>Accept at another device , that's it ..
Now u can receive files from that device ....
In short 'first u have to pair both devices to receive files on "canvas hd" ' .... :)

Then touch on "Micromax A116"(or might be another name, if u renamed)(which is displayed with call button).. Now u'll be able to recieve files for next 2 minutes :)
This is Visibility issue.. and if u dont want this to do everytime then, in Bluetooth press option button (left corner) then select "visibility timeout", then "Never time out" :)

When u swipe right at that moment u can go through camera app, and in left direction u can add more widgets.. :)

mental, 22 Jun 2013Operations are very slow.If u really used canvas HD then u can't say nethng abt it's processing speed bcoz its blazing..
