This is the worst phone ever, the application really sucks, even the service or if u have any part to be replaced then u have to wait for almost a month. After paying 13-14k the phone life is only for 1 year.
I will never ever buy any micromax product for sure.

If you are not so particular about using your memory card, there are many more to choose from, as most of the high end mobiles now come with enough internal memory to do away with memory cards.

from my expirience the phone is good, the service centers are poor compared to others.
i never faced any issues ,but certainly micromax is going to fall from the peak as do not provide 4.4.2 kitkat updates .
all other companies launched kitkat and working on next upgrade..
companies like asus and xiaomi are at top now by providing all what the customers want..

Hey ! look at micromax marketing strategy. They will launch two or three new product everymonth. But their configuration will be the same as earlier product with few stupid type changes. And the old product will be closed with only after two-four month from launching date.
Try to understand the main intention of this strategy. Everyone knows that the new product will be costlier than the old model with same configuration as new one. It means they earn more money than it's value.
I think they make us fool. And also the after sales services is worst than any other company in india. I'm also a survival of their services. Even thought my product is still in micromax's custody. I can show the proof whosoever will demand.
I really appreciate the growth of this Indian company.
But they discouraged me with every moment.

Ravi, 31 Jul 2014I am using the CanvasHD for last one year, suddenly now it ... morebro i had been faced this kind off issue...the problem is IEMI code...go to service center and ask to update iEMI code ...this problem will be solve within 15 minte..gud luck...

I have been using Canvas HD since the day it was released.
Even now its not quite outdated in terms of specifications and price.
But now its time to look out for something big.
Can anybody tell me which INDIAN smartphone can meet the below specification:
2Ghz Octa-core processor
2 GB RAM
5 inch screen with 1980x1080 resolution with 440 pixel density
Camera 8MP and 2MP
Dual SIM
SD card support atleast 32GB (Coz i already have a 32GB SD card)
3000mah Battery
Price range: 20k-25k
Please note above specifications are minimum requirements. Slight variations are acceptable.
Looking out for suggestions from you. Also i am looking for INDIAN phone maker.

I have bought this phone before 1 year its nice mobile only problem is battery ...
other than battery it is very good mobile and it is equal to samsung s3
if battery problem solved in this phone then it is awesome mobile nice product ...

Never buy this device. Its major issue is battery. After few months, the battery will not charge or drain very fast. It always sucks. I buy a new battery but still there was charging issue.

My Micromax Canvas HD phone was just 1 month old and its charging got stopped and its display also stopped working. Totally disappointed with its performance.

Micromax are finished . Who would buy this instead of the Xiaomi mi3 ? Same price , all this offers is the SD card slot .

Battery performance is poor even shape of battery changes and not fit in case after some days.Even shape of battery changes and not fit in case after some days . Difficult to get original battery. Poor customer care and service center.
