I recently contacted Micromax regarding the Android 4.2.1 update for Micromax A116 Canvas HD. They said it is official but it will be available from next week or so. I just have to worry because they have only one service center in here and i don't know if the guys there are smart enough to flash a smartphone as they have repaired only feature phones mostly in case of hardware and parts.

Before purchasing this phone I read news about this phone as well as expert review they recommended this phone very good .Then I purchased this phone it simply awesome good build quality ,butter smooth ,good battery backup.As I am using this phone from many days .Simply good.

Its battery back up is so horrible. On full charge and on the second day, the phone worked only for 8hrs. Out of this, the talk time may be hardly 30 minutes.
