hy guys plz help me.....am using this phone since 2
day...and am facing some problem......
1. my mobile charger ....some times green light on and
suddenly offs
2. i played some videos some works fine but somes dont
means videos runs but without audio......
plz help me.......

Camera quality is disgusting of this phone
and battery is also not decent
its 8 mp Camera looks like 4 mp. my lumia 620 has a better Camera Than canvas.....
and this device is not ideal for gaming
Xolo q800 is far better in gaming..
I bought this device 1 month ago and now going to sell this.... my next device will Be xolo q1000..... better Than MMX.

Besides MP4 and 3GP, can i play MKV, WMV, MOV, and AVI files on Canvas HD? What is a good video player app to play most video codecs/format?

suchint kotia, 06 Jun 2013Kindly go through below videolan link.I updated some of vid... moreI found vlc (beta) for Android is playing DTS sound smoothly on Micromax A116 CanvasHD mobile but video is playing with pixel glitches and not smooth.
Also default Video Player is able to play video smoothly but not able to play Audio...
Both player prove that micromax CanvasHD A116 Support DTS and MKVHD
However following is file details of MKV video
Video Track
Codec :H264-MPEG-4 AVC (part 10)
Video Resolution : 1916x816
Frame Rate: 23.976
Audio
Codec : DTS audio
6 Channel
Sample Rate 48000Hz

unbelievable is that this phone support DTS surround sound 6 channel audio with full hd(1920x1280) (MKV HD-DTV) format also .But unfortunately there is no single software to play MKVHD-DTS format.More information on above videolan forum

Great phone, no lag and net speed is very fast. Camera is also good. I am using this mobile for two & I have faced no problem. Value of money!!

I found problem on A116 that, when I calling & call not connect then I press End button that time phone will stops responding like its dead in calling n stops function that phone call feature for 4-5 mins. So whts this problem any one can help?
