Dear Friends,
All over it is a good phone.
But I am having a problem.
Its battery has gone.
It shows that it is 80% and just after 5 min it is 9%.
And another major problem is volume of earpiece.
How can I increase it??
Its volume is very very slow.
I cover my other ear and only then I am able to hear the voice. The pain has started in my right ear.
Please help!!!!!!!

i have bought canvas hd116 February 23 but today flash light is off..now what can i do...???

Anonymous, 22 Jun 2014Doesn't mean if its Chinese it should be bad. Even other br... morei agree with you guys about the few parts of iPhone and Nokia is made in china but their respective R&D will check the spares and they respond to you professionally.
please visit micro max service center then you decide yourself the faulty handsets they are getting and how the service center is responding to it.
it is not that you buy the phone than there ends story, if its faulty you need to take it to the service center right.
you know the battery warranty is 6 months only that means it wont work more than that,
please check the GPS it will not work i am saying it will not work......its the same with few of my colleagues handsets as well .

hii guys i m using this phone for 11 months,i haven't faced any single problem...battery backup is very nice as compared to other android phones,it never hangs....processor is very fast,over all best phone in affordable price....sleek body with light weight....

hi guys,
1) When I am attaching file to send mail (from pre installed gmail app) it is by default asking me “chose type of attachment” and displays –choose music from track –gallery–photos– sound recorder.
But I don’t have options to choose files(PDF or word documents) from file manager to send mails please suggest me how to send such kind of documents from file manager.
2) I have set ringtones and message tones to profiles but when I connect to pc or restart my mobile then all the setting are lost and I am getting default tones. Please suggest how to solve these problems.

m using this phone from 6-7 months... i hav not face any problem.... it is a nice phone... good speed. awesome game play experience... picture and video quality is v good... no heating... never lags.. battry back up is ok but better then other anroid phones... overall nyc phone... i will recommend this... go and grab this...

My Micromax A116 works good for 1 yrs after that some red light started blinking continues next to front camera beside receiver sound 1 circle is there in that (not taking about notification and charging lED) which emty my battery Immediately please give me solution on this also i have reset the phone but the problem is not resolved

And everyone, please, respect the hero of its times. This A116was launched as cheaper version of S3, though a lot different from S3, but then at half the price don't expect the same overall package. The only thing good about higher brands(we all know the names) is that everything they offer is customised. But the thanks to software developers, now a days anyone can have those custom softwares. mostly for A116 since it has the most respected reliable hardware in market, tried and tested so many times. Don't have to go for S3, S4, Note3, xperia Z series, One series to get the feel. just download and install the custom ROM as per your taste. And all these ROMs run buttery smooth on A116....i would say amazing...simply amazing
I have used this handset for 8months and must say tried everything possible with the handset software...but Ah...everytime it worked flawlessly.
It doesn't mean that other high end handsets are useless..NO.. but it only means that those who cannot afford a 30K handset can still have a smile by holding this handset in hand with a custom ROM installes.

all the phones or its parts are made in china
so dont blame on it.
if u have enough money u can donate to those brands u mentioned by buying their low featured high price phones. but dont mislead peoples about indian brands.
as we all know the main parts like processors, chipsets sensors are same used by so called branded company and indian brand.
so u cant say its different.
these features are available by these indian brans with a much lower price than the brands like SAMSUNG NOKIA HTC.
So u cant expect everything perfect.
and on the other hand the problems u mentioned above are very common drawbacks of most of the android phone. doesnot nmatter what brand it is.
problems like battery problem, heating, flagged, hanging are common in all kind of smart phone in this price range.
I used two smart phone from two very good brand nokia and samsung and felt it TRUE.

Don't know about evey one...I am using this phone for last 1 year and still in great condition like that i brought it for first time.no battery problems so far...
now i have checked the samsung phones and realized the value of a Indian phone.
never stucked or freeze only the internet explover get freezed rarely...great phone...

All phones are Chinese this is not a matter HD excellent smartphone as compared to Samsung, LG these are monopolistic plans they can't give India a good smartphone in low price so buy it and feel it's speed Etsy.
